I would be interested in seeing a discussion about the various captains in Gundam, as these characters usually function on a different level than the protagonists fighting in their mobile suits as these are nominally the "people in charge" most of the time. Similiar to the "what would be change in Gundam" topic from a couple of years ago, this could be done across more than one episode of Gundamn, considering there are so many captains across almost 45 years of Gundam, but I think it could be worth it to discuss not just the big legends like Bright Noa but also give a bit of a spotlight to the lesser captains like Martin Prochnow from MS Igloo and Leahlee Edaberry from F91. Additionally, captains of other mecha series could be discussed if you're so inclined.
