Ok everyone, this is an announcement of one of the projects I'd like to do in 2007. Now that we have a Super Robot Wars anime section, it's time to create a mecha section as well. But we'll be doing this a bit differently, so please read below for my requirements:
-Listings for all original units that appear in all SRW games. MAHQ will only be listing original units (i.e. Huckebein, Gespenst), so I don't want lists including Gundams, Valkyries, EVAs, etc. Why won't we list stuff from the non-SRW series? Too cumbersome and complicated.
-Listings for all the units that appear in the OG anime, both the OVA and the new TV series.
-Lineart, specs, model numbers, pilot listings, faction listings, etc for all games and the anime.
-Note: for the spellings of pilot names/mecha names in Original Generation, we go by the official spellings used by Atlus. Please use these names, and don't send me complaints about how it should be Zengar Zonbolt, etc.
Contributions can be posted in this thread, or e-mailed to me. Thanks go out in advance for anyone who can contribute.

This site has a ton of stats for just about all Banpresto Originals. I think if you e-mailed the owner of the site, he would allow you to use them if you gave him credit for it.

@EFF: The "Hagane" is of the Space-Noah class, not the Noah class...
And, like Zetsu said, that Gate of Magus site is a good place for SRW stuff.

A nice source to use for creating mech list is Robot Series Guide written by CJayC at gamefaqs.com. It available on FAQs page for every SRW games, in In-Depth FAQs.
IIRC, Homelss disallow us to use her custom linearts contributed to Gate of Magus, so we have to use black and white instead (or ask her kindly for permission).

You're absolutely corret, however I wrote that list only to reflect the OVA at the moment. More complete pilot listings will be added when I do lists for the anime (possibly the games aswell).
And what are you talking about! Everyone knows Ratzel and Elzam are different people!

I have yet to see anything of the sort......and I would think a custom "franken" would be....................fugly.
I did realize something: the one thing we can technically use from Gate of Magus without permission is the listings of who piloted what mech, as that is mainly knowledge gained from playing the games and watching the series.

However if there isn't I could try tracing over the lineart of hagane and insert shirogane's bow and scan it. Quote: And what are you talking about! Oh Really? I didn't knew it! I guess I'm dumb as the ones who thinks Char, Casval and Quattro are the same people!
