As strange a selection I think it is, it's a very pleasant looking mech.
Maybe Kaemphers just look real good with big shoulders or something. *shrug*
Nice colors too.

Don't feel bad, I had to think about it as well. Looking at the wiki article though reveals nothing about them failing under gravity, only that they are prone to overheating. then again, I haven't watched Wing in a hundred years myself.CHASER wrote:It's been about 5 years since I've seen Gundam Wing, but I don't think that they work under gravity. I could be wrong though, I usually mess up with stats anyway,

The faceplate reminds me a lot of the Gundam Mark 4, or what you'd see out of Monoeye Gundams. Its still a nice little franken, but I think its a little too cluttered on the top
Tell me bats, what are you really scared of? Failure to save this cesspool of a city? Not finding the Commissioner in time? Me, in a thong?-Joker Arkham Asylum

Very nice franken you have there. The parts blend in very well, and the camo coloring isnt bad. My only problem with this would be how insanely top heavy this thing is, which doesn't matter very much since this is a flight unit anyways. Good job.

ZMS-06D Doppelgeist

This is a front line assault MS with 2 mega gatling guns, 2 beam sabers, 6 missile launchers, 2 sturmfaust rocket propelled warheads stored in shield (not visible) and heavy shielding. Mobility is reduced due the all the armor and weapons, but who needs mobility when you can just stand there and pull the trigger?
It doesn't really have any fallback weapons (like vulcan cannons for example) so once the gatling guns run dry it just has to drop them and get crazy-go-nuts with the twin sabers.
Ideally, a squad of Doppeltods would be teamed with an Engelgeist squad and some General-Purpose mobile suits that I have yet to design.

Heavy Arms proves that you can indeed never have too muchAscension wrote:Oh I liiiike that one! The coloring is nice, I love the shield, and, really, can you ever have too many gatling guns?

True! Speaking of gatlings... the Alex should have been given the G05's gatling gun... but I digress...
You've got a great start here with these two frankens, and I absolutely love seeing camoflage on mobile suits! Keep up the good work!
Don't call it a comeback...

ZMS-04GP Geist
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v289/ ... stcopy.png
The Geist is a general purpose ground and space type mobile suit with the flexibility to fill many different roles. Standard armament is a mix of beam and ballistic weaponry, though it is configured to field a variety of weapons, from beam rifles to bazookas and rocket launchers.
Standard loadout:
1x 75mm gatling gun, shield mounted
1x beam machine gun, powered by replaceable e-pac, 2 spare e-pacs stored on hip armor
4 x sturm faust, rocket-propelled warhead, stored in shield, hand-operated
1x beam saber, stored in recharge rack on back

ZMS-010A Jägergeist
Ace Unit Mobile Suit
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v289/ ... stredo.png
Designed for close combat and ultra-high mobility, the Jägergeist is the pinnacle of the Geist series of MS.
1x beam machine gun, rechargable e-pacs stored on hip
4x beam saber - 2 fixed in each forearm
While it may appear that the Jägergeist is lacking in the weapons department, it more than makes up for it with its raw speed, power and armor. Only the best of the best can handle it, let alone unleash it's full close-combat potential.
