I just finished the final episode of Gear Fighter Dendoh.......................
..........................................
...............................................................
I love this more than Zoids, I love this series more than The Vision of Escaflowne, I love this series more than Gaiking: Legend of The Daiku Maryu, I love this series more than Gravion, I love this series more than Victory Gundam,I love this series more than Ideon: Be Invoked, I love this series more than Steel Jeeg, I love this more than Six God Combination God Mars, I love this more than Neon Genesis Evangelion, I love this more than Gundam SEED Destiny, I love this more than Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann, I love this more than Super Robot Wars Original Generation: The Inspector
I even love this series more than MOTHER F**KING GENESIS OF AQUARION! (series version anyway)
If you call yourself an anime fan this is a definite recommendation for the masses, even if you do not watch mecha anime or even if you are fresh into anime.
And my head exploded from all that awesomeness.

Well those seem like pretty good reasons I will say.
Re: What's Your Current Anime? Mk III
By any chance did you manage to also finish Tekkaman Blade? :pDuelGundam2099 wrote:Gear Fighter Dendoh! I liked it, maybe you will too.
Re: What's Your Current Anime? Mk III
I stopped after ep 26, but since I'm done with Dendoh I will resume it soon. I did manage to see the Burning Clock and Twin Blood specials too in case of copyright nazis.

Re: What's Your Current Anime? Mk III
First 13 episodes of Gundam 00 Season 1.
I watched 00 Season 1 years back when it was available for streaming.
Haven't watched it in a while, going to go through season 1, 2 and the movie.

I watching Ideon and Code Geass for the first time. I'm also working on rewatching Turn-A since the dvd release got canned. I'm also trying to watch Space Knight Tekkaman and Jojo's Bizarre Adventure.
Re: What's Your Current Anime? Mk III
Stuff I finished before this topic was bumped (although not in order):
Tekkaman Blade
Tekkaman Blade: Missing Link
Tekkaman Blade 2
God Bless Dancouga
Anyway, I started watching the uncut version of GoLion and managed to watch a couple of episodes. Then I went to check for episode 3 and apparently WEP got into trouble by Toei and NOW THE ENTIRE SERIES IS OFF OF YOUTUBE! And it was from an OFFICIAL CHANNEL! Did someone do serious troll baiting by making a false copyright claim or something? Are they part of the internet strike? Or did Toei really did become THAT greedy? Well, until I find them somewhere else I guess this means my "first impressions and comparisons" topic is going to sink.

First 8 episodes of Bubblegum Crisis 2040.
Still a good series as much as I remember it.
Watching it on my newer released set.
So yeah, doing that and sort of taking a break from Gundam 00.

watching GANTZ right now, got the entire series for 30 bucks.
Really amazing home and I love how you can listen to the thoughts of the characters. Makes it really interesting plus Kurono being retarded all the time
it is really sad the series reached the manga so they had to end the series!!!!
I hope you guys watch it

I had the old boxset at one point, really like the ADV dub.
Re: What's Your Current Anime? Mk III
Re-rewatching Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood. After that I plan to re-re-rewatch Code Geass and finish Gravion Zwei. Then after that I think I'm going to rewatch Super Robot Wars OG: The Inspector.

Re: What's Your Current Anime? Mk III
Episodes 13 to 18 of Bubblegum Crisis Tokoyo 2040.
Now we are in to more of Sylia's origins and Galatea is on the loose with the Boomers and all that.
Also I really did forget how much I enjoyed Nene' growth as a character and her feelings for Macky.
Which Macky also shows back equally for her.
Also I have to give serious props to Hillary Haag the dub voice of Nene.
She is just awesome and captures alot of her quirks better then her Japanese actress at times.
And when she gets emmotional she can pull it off right.
The scene where Macky, Nigel and Nene are talking about Macky and he contemplates suicide.
Nene's affectionate outburst at him and then how she breaks down in tears moves me EVERY damn time.

Re: What's Your Current Anime? Mk III
I just finished .hack//SIGN and the OVAs, and before that I watched Rurouni Kenshin: Trust & Betrayal. I'm stuck trying to choose my next show to watch, but I have a feeling it'll be Victory Gundam.
Also, how far are you in Victory Gundam?
Didn't know Aquarian Evol was out already. You liking it?Garret Masterson wrote:I'm currently watching Aquarion Evol and Gundam Victory. I'm also re-watchin Genesis of Aquarion at the moment.
