4th Gundam Fight:Final gambit sign up thread.

At this point, we don't need any competing gundamfighters. But a few washed out ones looking for revenge are perfect for what i'm looking for. These guys can compete in Tag team matches, exhibition matches and do the dirty work for the luxembourg government and the gundam fight commission. PLEASE PM WITH THESE SUBMISSIONS


It is the 20th year of the Future Century - it has been 4 years since the sudden and abrupt end to the last Gundam Fight. Due to unforeseen circumstances the Gundam Fight International Committee was forced to cancel the fight before a victor could be selected. This threw the world into turmoil as there was no clear leader of the earth or the colonies. It didn’t take long for the Gundam Fight
International Committee to step in and take over the responsibility, moving their headquarters to Neo Luxembourg and declaring the small, peaceful nation the "winner" of the suspended fight as an interim government.

Many people in the world cried out in opposition to the GFIC’s sudden perceived takeover, but they were quick to quell any kind of potential rebellion with a mixture of political pressure and strict forced adherence to the system of rules that had been put in place to prevent war. The GFIC had grown to be a huge influence over the colonial governments, and it didn’t take long before the anger
subsided and people accepted the outcome. Allowing Neo Luxembourg (and the GFIC) to run the government for the short period between Gundam Fights was seen as the lesser of two evils, as the alternatives included forcible takeover and the possibility of open warfare.

In the years after the suspended tournament, the people changed the focus of their concerns, demanding new rules and organization to prevent the disruption of another Gundam Fight. In response, the GFIC made alterations to the general articles that controlled the fighters and the participating nations to keep out unwanted and dangerous influences like the rogue Corsair State. The increased
security and streamlined rules seemed to please the general population and the colony governments, so the GFIC moved forward with preparations for the next Gundam Fight. Among the announcements was that Neo Luxembourg would be fielding an official entry as thanks for their cooperation.

The outcome of this Gundam Fight, the first official matches after the disastrous suspended tournament, will determine who controls the United Colonies Federation government. With new rules and more security than ever, the GFIC is preparing to oversee the finals and announce a winner...

Physical Description/Appearance: Schlotiem has blue eyes and light brown hair. He has an attractive angular face and is well grommed, his long silky hair is kept in check with a pony tail. The only time you will not see him dressed up like he's attending a formal event is when he is piloting his mobile fighter.

Biography:The youngest of the Guillaume family Scholtiem is actually the son of the current duke of Luxemburg. Given his rather easy upbringing Schlotiem was given many oppurtunities in life. He has served in his countries military and studied abroad in places like greece,america, france and italy. Schlotiem has lived a privelidged life and through a combination of talent, education and dedication he has been seleceted as Neo Luxemburgs representitive.


Other:Schlotiem is a quiet man, not one to look down on others. For a royal he has lived a rather quiet and secluded life always avoiding media attention. He was once charged with assault after attacking a photographer but the charges were quickly dropped.

Ultimate attacks: Manifest Agony, The Notremeister raises it shield and charges it's oppenent and quickly performs multiple thrusts with either it's beam trident or a beam saber. The thrusts are extremely quick and rumours exist that 6 attacks could be made before most pilots would be able to react.

Technical and Historical Notes
Being the first and only mobile fighter created by Neo Luxembourg they opted for a simple design. By keeping their machine simple and using well tested techniques the engineers from Neo Luxembourg have created a rather powerful mobile fighter.

The main tactic of this machine is for it to bunker behind it's shield and keep the enemy at bay, by using it's beam rifle for long range attackers and it's beam trident for medium range.

At close range the pilot could opt to either discard the shield in place of two beam sabers or continue to use the shield. Both strategies have proven to be successful again and again.

Physical Description/Appearance: Stedmore is a large and stocky looking guy with a patchy brown play off beard and brown hair. His brown eyes are framed by with black and purple bruises from black eyes. Most of Stedman's teeth are currently missing giving him a goofy and humourus smile.
Biography: David was originally drafted by the ESHL and was sent down to the minor league rather quickly. While playing in the NHL he managed to achieve quite a few records, like most penalty minutes ever achieved by a goal tender and longest suspension. Even with his dubious on ice antics he managed to have a GAA of 2.35 which is pretty dang good. It took 4 years before he was sent back up into the Earth Sphere Hockey league where he continued to play until recently. David was suddenly dismissed from the league after he slashed a player in the back of the neck with his hockey stick ending the skaters career. On a two year suspension Stedmore was quite surprised when his old rival and former gundam fighter Quinn Patrick showed up at his home with an idea.

Fixed armaments:Goalie pads and mask. By utilizing a new beam technlogy the Netminder gundam is actually able to nullify ranged beam weapons that directly hit it in the pads. The pads aren't fool proof tho and can be overloaded, to counter this the fighter is able to disengage the pads. Beam skates, conntected to the netminders feet are powerful thrusters that keep the gundam a few meters off the ground, this allows for the feet to be armed with hockey skate like beam blades.
Optional Hand armaments: Heat twig, not really a twig but more of a massive hockey goal keeper hockey stick. This slow and awkward weapon functions as a primitive scythe and can launch the dangerous Hockey puck mines. Hockey puck mines, powerful explosives packed into a a giant case that looks like a massive hockey puck. They work on a proximity fuse and will explode as soon as they get close to their opponent.
Ultimate attacks: The gloves are off! In a desperate move the pilot disengages all of the netminder gundam's pads and stick losing much of it's defenses but making the machine much more effective at close range fighting. Though seeming like a foolish move the netminder gundam is a lot more capale of doing a lot of damage real fast by grabbing it's opponent with it's weak hand and just punching the crap out of it.

Technical and Historical Notes
Actually a revision of the Last Neo Canadian machine the Hockey Gundam. The excellent engineers at Bombardier have taken an older design and retooled it to be a completly new machine with a whole new bag of tricks. The greatest endeavour was creating the beam diminishing pads which are probably the machines greatest strength. Not only are they an effective at diminishing beam attacks but they are also exceptional at blocking physical attacks. The pads overall are pretty light and still allow the neo canadian fighter full motion of his machine.

Offensively the gundam lacks in the long range department, this is avoided by using the pads to soak as much as the enemies initial punishment as possible. Medium range the Netminder starts to show it's offensive prowess with it's hockey puck landmines. The neo canadian pilot is capable of launching the mines with ease using the heat twig. The heat twig appears to be an awkward weapon but this large hockey stick is deadly in the hands of any hockey player. Sharpened and heated to a point where it could cut through gundarium the Netminder gundam has been spotted decapiting enemies in the semi finals. Also to be feared are the machines beam skates and simple yet potent punches.

The netminder gundam is great improvement over the hockey gundam. Sticking to their roots the canuck engineers have created a machine that not only represents their country's national sport they've created a nimble and powerful machine capable with a few tricks that to surprise it's enemies.

Physical Description/Appearance: slicked back blond hair, blue eyes, sharp features; tall, fairly well muscled; lederhosen and traditional folk clothing (when outside mobile suit); black spandex suit, grey iron cross w/blue outline on chest, white Volkswagen logo on back (mobile trace)

Biography: Dieter is one of Volkswagen’s best strong-arm men. An accomplished fighter in the national circuit with a strange temper, he was selected by VW before the last Fight to control the nation's Gundam after they unceremoniously fired the previous pilot. He was suspected of cheating and other dirty tactics during the last Gundam Fight, but nothing was ever proven.

Other: After the unsatisfying end of the third Gundam Fight, the Volkswagen engineers responsible for the Gundam Effizienz were retained to refine the design of the mobile fighter based on the data collected by Dieter and his team. During the four years between fights, the VW board of directors and several major shareholders gained positions within Neo Germany's government, making the company even more powerful and allowing them to exert much more direct influence.

The Neo German mobile fighter team travels on a high tech zeppelin, and includes an all female trio of "mechanics" who were hand picked by the company to keep the Effizienz running smoothly and Dieter's freude levels high.

Aiko Manchukuo: Leader of the transport zeppelin crew and head mechanic. A serious Japanese girl, often seen in a kimono. Black hair and brown eyes.
Felica De Luca: Assistant mechanic, currently on maternity leave. Airheaded Italian who tends to lounge around in miniskirts and drink more than she works. Black hair and brown eyes.
Cerise Vichy: She is a cheery French girl that usually wears a frilly maid uniform, even when on duty. Brunette with blue eyes.

Resembles a member of the WWII era Heer clad in black, stahlhelm (with v-fin) and all. Torso and skirt armor are made so they resemble a uniform tunic.

EXPLANATION OF ULTIMATE ATTACKS:

“Kraft durch Freude”: Meaning “Strength through Joy”, this attack can be described in one word: Schuhplattler. Once Dieter amasses enough Freude (shown in the cockpit by a Freude/Kraft indicator), he can convert it to Kraft. The Effizienz, through VW’s masterful engineering, can perform a traditional “shoe slapping” dance around the opponent, more often than not resulting in a flurry of violent punches and slaps to said opponent’s cranial region.

Blitzkrieg: Performed as more of an ability than an attack. When the Effizienz goes into Blitz mode, the Blitzkrieg settings are activated. This raises the unit’s speed and offensive capabilities while lowering the power output. This tends to give the Blitz a “quantity over quality” effect in regards to volume and power of attacks, so Dieter uses the MG-42 more often than not while in Blitz mode.

Physical Description/Appearance: Thin and fit, but with fairly little definition. Average features with short black hair and brown eyes.

Biography:Born in Indianapolis, Christopher Anderson lied about his age and joined the Army at 16. While in the service, the highly athletic Anderson excelled at hand to hand combat, and was invited to play sports at West Point. He quickly because the quarterback of the football team, which was how he finished out his Army career. Although interested in playing in the NFL, Anderson was merely a lightly regarded 5th round pick by the San Diego Chargers. There, he ended up as the opening day starter in his rookie season after the starter went down with an injury and no one looked back. In his first three seasons, he led the Chargers to three Super Bowl victories, an undefeated season, and blasted every single season quarterback record in existence at least once.

In the following years, Anderson would lead the Chargers to another pair of Super Bowl wins, and although he has only played for eight seasons, he is already widely considered the greatest quarterback in NFL history. After the disastrous outing of Neo America’s 3rd Gundam Fighter in FC 16, and seeing Anderson’s unique combination of athleticism, and his military background, he was approached to be their next Gundam Fighter. Anderson quickly accepted, and would spend the next several off-seasons relearning and sharpening his military hand to hand combat skills and preparing for the highly anticipated 4th Gundam Fight.

Other:Highly respected and admired (Except by Raiders and other non-Chargers fans). Anderson has a spotless image in Neo America. Anderson is usually very easy going, but highly dedicated to doing as well as he can in any competition, be it a Super Bowl or Gundam Fight.

Technological and Historical data: Designed from the very start with idea that Chris Anderson would be the pilot, the Quarterback Gundam is a fairly minimal design. It is fairly light on armor, relying more on mobility than absorbing hits.

It doesn't have a large number of weapons, but it's main weapon is highly effective and highly versatile. The beam football emitters main purpose is to generate an oblong beam that is roughly football shaped, which are then "thrown" by the Gundam, with speed and distance dependant on the throw by Anderson, just like a real football. Their secondary purpose is to form thin gloves around the hands, which can then be used as small, crude beam sabers, and seriously enhance normal fighting actions. Although Anderson is best when throwing with his right hand, he is capable of throwing with his left as well.

However, due to the nature of the emitters, the beams can not be sustained for long periods due to fear of overheating or worse. The football can only be "held" for about 15 seconds before it fires off automatically, while the "gloves" can only last for about 10 seconds before they automatically turn off. If either mode overheats or automatically turns off, it takes roughly 40 seconds before it is safe to use either mode again, while under normal circumstances, the recharge time is only about 10 seconds. In addition to the beam football emitters, the QB Gundam also has conventional chest mounted vulcans, and a heat facemask.

Explanation of Ultimate Attacks:

Long Bomb: A simple but highly effective long range attack, the Long Bomb has the Quarterback Gundam charge up one of it's emitters to create an extra powerful "football" that can fly considerably further than normal, while still retaining Anderson's usual high degree of accuracy even at the longer range. However, the Long Bomb requires a considerable amount of power, and puts such strain on the emitter that after using the Long Bomb, it takes at least one minute before the beam emitters can be used again.

Two Minute Drill: A rapid fire series of attacks, the Two Minute Drill increases the Quarterback Gundam's abilities for two minutes, all but eleminating the normal recharge times and possibility of overloads for exactly two minutes, while seriously dropping it's defense ability, making it more vulnerable to any attacks that the opponent manages to land. Following use of the Two Minute Drill, the Gundam remains weaker for several seconds, while the beam emitters go overloaded and unusable for nearly 90 seconds. Because of these limitations, the Two Minute Drill is often used to deliver a final series of blows to finish an opponent, or to help bring the Quarterback Gundam back into a fight, hoping that the Two Minute Drills effects while keep the opponent shocked long enough for Anderson to fully recover from the demanding drill.

Neo America Support Team

The Neo America Support Team travels around in a super sized hover bus. Designed to suppport the Quarterback Gundam and its crew, it is covered in logos for the various sponsers of the team.

Name: Valerie Crusoe
Age: 28
Height: 5'10"
Biography: The leader of the support team. Crusoe was supposed to be on the 3rd Neo American Gundam Fight Support Team, but broke her leg on a vacation prior to the fight and missed out on the aborted 3rd Gundam Fight. Exceptionally dedicated to making sure everything goes as smoothly as they can for the team, she serves as the team’s official spokesperson and runs everything behind the scenes. Attractive, with shoulder length brown hair, brown eyes, and usually fairly quiet and reserved.

Name: Albert “Cabbie” Roosevelt
Age: 35
Height: 6'1"
Biography: Hover bus driver and head mechanic for everything the team needs. A long time mobile suit mechanic, Roosevelt was on Phil Philadel’s 2nd Gundam Fight team. He briefly retired in FC 13, working as a cab driver in New York City, before being lured back to the Neo America Support Team as an alternate in FC 15, and was promoted in FC 16. Slightly over weight, with wavy blonde hair, Cabbie constantly talks in his distinctive Brooklyn accent.

Name: Andrew Sanders
Age: 22
Height: 5'10"
Biography: An assistant mechanic, Sanders also serves as the team’s cook when they are traveling. He mainly focuses on the weapons, but assists Cabbie in whatever is needed. Sanders usually can’t get a word in thanks to his superior. Small, skinny, wears thick glasses, with a nasally voice, Sanders is the very image of the word ‘nerd’.

Age: 25
Height: 6'0"
Biography: The third mechanic for the Gundam and unofficial security. Jackson is simply along to serve as an extra pair of hands for the mechanic team to ease the possible workload on everyone else. He fills in where needed without complaint, happy to be helping. Cheery and lanky, with short cut black hair.

Name: Calvin “Doc” Smith
Age: 44
Height: 6'0"
Biography: The team doctor, capable of handling anything that may come up. Due to the rarity of any serious injuries, Doc Smith spends most of his time reading, while occasionally cleaning and helping with light maintenance work. A dignified looking gentleman, with black hair graying at the temples.

Physical Description/Appearance: Actually only Half Neo-Filipino, with an American father.

Biography: Nyman Rice had a relatively normal childhood. His father was an American who worked in Neo-America, and was left to his mother's care.

His passion is competitive fighting. Nyman's teacher saw him being bullied and then singlehandedly take them all with a disastrously dangerous left hand. Nyman himself didn't get into trouble, but the school instead suggested a sport for him. Thus, he went from a competitive school sports athlete to a club fighter and now has become somewhat of a pop-culture phenomenon.

Alvin Cruz, last Fight's representative and also a national hero, has sought public office, opening the door for Nyman to burst into the international scene. While Alvin's escrima background was more of a niche, Nyman's boxing is a well-established sport and fans were easily more able to root for him. His silent killer instinct attitude and confidence has gathered praise as well.

Even if he's considered less humble than his predecessor, e has spent considerable amount of his wealth to philantropy. He still hasn't found a girlfriend due to the fact that everyone who has approached him looked like plastic gold diggers. He prefers a more simple life, though sometimes he can not escape the media, and while he wants Neo-Philippines a chance to rule the world, he's in it more for the love of the game. And now, he's the Neo-Philippines representative.

Other: Explosive and offensive boxer-puncher, and will be easily more in-tune with his Gundam than Alvin ever was.

Technological and Historical data: Pacman Gundam is a rebuilt frame of last Gundam fight's Jeepney Gundam. The old Jeepney has been proven to be a tough workhorse and can hold its own in melee brawls, evidenced enough by beating other melee-oriented units in the short tournament.

With a few modifications, the Jeepney has been rebuilt to fit a boxing fighter, with increased leg durability for movement. The solid gloves are well equipped for punching, shooting small beam weapons (like Jeepney flail) and has a beam blade for a 'sharp' punching power. While it has some mass, Nyman can basically throw a flurry of rights and lefts withthese gloves to devastate an opponent up close. Pacman's offense and defense is centered around these gloves, which can take massive punishment. The beefier legs make it so that it can also sprint fast, feint and make exceptional footwork.

However, several years down the road, he has found his niche, his calling: being a world-class trainer instead. He has won several championships as a top cornerman since then, and none more than with his top student, Nyman Rice.

He views the event more as a sport than a political happening or an organized war. And since Neo-America never quite had such a bad relationship with Neo-Philippines and vice versa, he decides to train Nyman through the finals.

He is a master strategist. He would watch tapes of his enemies, show it to Nyman, and develop a game plan.

Biography: Not much is really known about Fraud, Marsa or Stefany. The Neo Luxembourg government keeps their personal information under lock and key. The reasoning behind this is unknown...Neo Luxembourg is a peaceful country and they would have no need for a black ops unit.

Technological and Historical data: A formidible rank and file machine, that shows a lot of potential. A very expensive unit to produce almost costing as much as 1/3rd of a gundam fighter unit. It currently surpasses all current general purpose combat units on the market. Though a far cry from an actual mobile gihter it does show a lot of promise in group attacks.

It uses powerful thrusters to hover on the ground and a powerful bazooka, perfect for hit and run attacks.

Biography: 2nd child of a mechanic, Allison was brought up around machines often tinkering with various half assembled motors with her brother whenever they had the chance, when she was 18 she quickly took to motorbike racing while her older brother went into the buisness world, although she was a skilled rider and had potential, she was soon booted from the local racing leagues due to her habit of picking fights with other riders both on and off the track (one memorable example included her taking a crowbar with her during a race and trying to hook other riders by their helmets with the claw end)

sometime after this she was approached to be fighter for the 4th gundam tournament given her natural agression and knack for comming up with moves on the spot, at first she refused but when her brother showed up and and asked her to reconsider, informing her that he was providing the funding for the gundam machine she would use she readily accepted

Other: brash and agressive, with a large sadistic streak running through her, has such contempt for those she fighting that often she doesn't even bother verbally taunting them, perferring to have engine revs do the talking for her, only time this changes is when she finds herself fighting someone tougher than her, to which her reaction is somewhere along the lines of "in love with their carnage", when she has the upper hand she'll demand that her opponent 'scream for her', on the flipside she has a huge soft spot for her brother, and does not tolerate anyone speaking ill of him.

Technological and Historical data:

seeking to try something different, and recieving a lot of funds the people designing the mobile fighter for Neo Australia went for an experimental transformable design, with the pilot and benefactor's requests in mind they opted for the machine to resemble a sportsbike and its rider, in addition they placed several beam emitters on the hub for the rear wheel, allowing it to do extra damge when attempting side swipes, unfortunately although the transformation mode works it is rather heavy, so to keep weight down all the thrusters and verniers were omitted completely (however the pilot chose to have the propellent tanks kept, with a line out added to come out through the rear swing arm ahead of the rear wheel).

the bike gundam relies on straightline speed for hit-and-run attacks, the pilot prefering to attack from multiple directions, (one common tactic is for her to charge at an opponent from behind, transforming at the last second to crash tackle the other fighter while stabbing it repeatedly in the back with one of the beam daggers)

its main offensive weapons are a chain made of gundarium, and a scaled up claw hammer, the head of which operates like a pile bunker in order to increase striking force, should its weapons be destroyed (or the enemy gets too close) the bike gundam has heat knuckledusters (whick slide down over the fingers when in use) and a pair of beam daggers to fall back on.

Explanation of ultimate attacks

burning rubber: the pilot uses the hub beam emitters while spraying fuel along the ground through the line out on the swing arm, either to discourage anyone from persuing or to create a ring of fire by riding around her oppnent in circles.

drag em' outta town: wraps the chain around her opponent's head (or arm or leg) and trandforms into bike mode dragging them all over the place and sometimes deliberately smacking them into oncomming buildings, also like the tear up the road with the beam emitters so as to give them a rougher ride, or alternatively she'll try to set them on fire (see burning rubber above)

Dark haired and 'scruffy' to say the least. Nicknamed 'Tankoviy' by his comrades.

Biography:
Not much is known through public channels of Ivor's childhood or his schooling.

The burly Russian was selected by the Neo Russian committee to helm their newest Gundam after internal party strife and other political matters resulted in the summary exile and later 'disappearance' of the design and maintenance team for their previous unit. A former Neo Russian Army airman and later space marine; Ivor looked every bit the solider who had been on the front for years upon years.

In fact, this was quite the case since (until recently) in the off 'season' periods he served as a Spetsnaz operative and commando quashing small regional conflicts within the Neo Russian borders. Known to his comrades as 'Tankoviy' the man was more or less a one man wrecking crew but who also had a finesse in the method of his fighting.

Until 4 years ago.

This was when he was ordered to a posting as a training officer for CQC combat within the Spetnaz training complex in Neo Moscow. In reality was the beginning of a 'grooming process' for the 30 year old at the time.

Now 34, the brutish Ivor suited up for his first fight as the representative for Neo Russia. Should he fail; the consequences would be dire. He knew this.. and would be willing to do anything to win either inside or outside the Trace cockpit.

Technological and Historical data:
Built to dish out as well as take as much punishment 'as is Russian tradition' (sic), the Buran Gundam was just as burly as it's pilot; bristling with armor and wielding a gigantic 155mm scaled up verison of the KPV anti-tank/anti-ship machine gun fielded ages ago. Reinforced with it's Kevlar and Ceramic armor; the suit has an appearance of almost that of the Neo American entry but wearing a bulkier suit almost making it appear to wear a space pressure suit in comparison.

While it may look seemingly ungainly and slow; it belies a finesse that Ivor brought to the suit with his insistence on developing an alternate special attack. Hidden inside the armor folds would be several thermonuclear aerospike engine nozzles allowing the verniers to perform on par with a thermonuclear jet engine but without power loss at high altitudes and lower fuel consumption/weight. Perfect for what Ivor intended to use it for.


Special Attacks
The Baikanour Bomba

The suit whirls the Sputnik Hammer to create an EM mask causing the suit to become difficult if not impossible to detect on sensors. During this time the suit takes to the air and after reaching it's apogee dives down on the opposing Gundam and fires off a violent EMP burst before slinging the hammer into a long linear shot into the body of the suit from above.

Aerospike

Using the knee spikes and the thermonuclear aerospike verniers; the suit rams the knee spike into the opponent before firing the engines at full power and using momentum and the force of the impact to cripple the suit and crack armor plating. It has been shown to be quite effective in the lower torso region..

Neo-Russia Support crew:

Tatiana Malyanova, Age 31- Captain in the Neo Russian Red Air Force and politburo officer on staff for the team. Her responsibilities are to report on and relay information and ‘tasks’ handed down to her for Ivor should he disregard them; which he has a habit of doing ‘for the sake of the fights’. There is a bit of sexual and romantic tension between the two captains and many in the Neo Russian camp discuss ‘what ifs’ about the pair behind their backs..

..much to Tatiana’s protest.

Menshikov “Menshi” Tadislav, Age 29- ‘Crew Chief’ for the Buran Gundam as commissioned by the Neo Russian government. A fellow Neo Russian Red Air Force officer and pilot, he often wonders about Ivor’s motives in devotion to the games and his shrugging off of Tatiana.

Elya “Eli” Sarakova, Age 32- Fueler and 2nd to Menshikov in the maintenance crew COC. A member of the Red Army she was brought in from the Tactical Armored Division’s combat school to work on the Buran. A Spetznaz dropout under Ivor, also gruff and capable mechanic, she trains alongside Ivor for the competition serving as a sparring pilot for the fighter.

Anton Yetsin, Age 28- The number three mechanic and programmer for the Buran Gundam. Neo Russian Red Air Force Sattillite command veteran and friend/classmate to Menshikov Tadislav. They often get together to either press Tatiana and Ivor together, tired of the rumors and knowing that such would be ‘bad ju-ju for the Politburo’.

Serg Gulskii, Age 48- Commanding officer of the Neo Russian Buran team and former Spetnaz operative like Ivor. Also has experience from the Red Army and service in the N-KGB

Katarina Turoskiva, Age 22- Helmswoman for the Neo Russian transport vessel

Iosef Urokov, Age 25- Operator for the Neo Russian transport vessel

Biography: Talik grew up the son of historian with militaristic backgrounds. His father would put him through training that his ancestors went through, that of the Rajputs. Around 25 years old, he entered in a competition for the best fighter of Neo India in order to become the Gundam Pilot.

Other: Talik is a reserved man, never physically acting until needed but when roused his anger knows no bounds. He can usually be seen sitting down, twirling his beard’stache, and eating.

Ultimate attacks: Suryavanshi – The Rajput Gundam twirls the Heat Aara at high speeds in a 360 degree circle in order to form a heated area of effect like a tornado. Chandravanshi – The Rajput Gundam throws out all chakrams which flys around to surround the enemy. Overloading his Heat Khanda he drops it down to cleave the trapped/disabled enemy in half.
Technological and Historical data: The Rajput Gundam was not made for speed or defense. The scientists and researchers at Neo India designed it purely for offense and strength, building it and customizing it to Talik’s unique strengths. The suit’s greatest power is its full melee power but with only four 1-shot weapons to serve as a means of long range attack, its close combat supremacy is also its weakness. With a stalwart design, its made to advance on the enemy, using its chakrams to slow it down from moving away, closing in to attack with one of its many many weapons personally.

He is muscular and square-jawed with green eyes and a scar across his forehead by the left side of his left eyebrow. He usually dresses in a plaid shirt, jeans and a brown leather jacket but for special occasions weras full scottish national dress.

Biography: Kelvin grew up in old Scotland when he was a kid but in his early teen years got a chance to move up to the Neo Scotland space colony. From that he gained a great appreciation for his coutry's heritage and history. He signed up for the military and quickly gained recognition in the ranks. When the chance came, he was able to become his country's Gundam Fighter. Unfortunately, this came at the cost of his relationship with a fellow Gundam Fighter candidate. He wants to fight in the tournament so that he can win and help make life for all the citezins of Neo Scotland.

Other: Usually wears a claymore almost everywhere he goes.

The whole Gundam is charged with power and then energy after-images of the Gundam and the suit itself charge towards the opponent at 3x the normal rate and overwhelm the target in a storm of energy blades.
Technological and Historical data: The Highlander Gundam is the mobile fighter of Kelvin MacCleod for his entry into the 4th Gundam Fight in FC20. It is built to represent the image of an old Scottish warrior, with skirt armor built to look like Kelvin's clan tartan. The Highlander is designed to suit Kelvin's fighting style, which focuses mostly on swords, personified in the Highlander's huge sword. Kelvin has grown adept enough that he can direct the sword in only one of the Gundam's hands if need be. It also comes with daggers for close-in fighting and the Green Flame Morningstars for range. With this Gundam, Kelvin hopes to win the Tournament in the name of Neo Scotland.

Physical Description/Appearance: Young, rugged, and scarred shows a kid that grew up in the roughs. His ragged black hair and sharp brown eyes betray the fact he is indeed a Gundam Fighter and not just a street rat.

Biography: Growing up during the revolution in which his small nation over threw Neo Iraq Kydan learned to fight at an early age. A child soldier he was lucky enough to live to see the independence of his homeland. This would be his newly independent nation's first Gundam fight and he would pilot their first Gundam.

Technological and Historical data: The Hamidiya is the first and last Gundam ever created by Neo Kurdistan. It embodies their ideals as a light but effective triumph of weapon and soul. What it lacks in weapons it makes up for in mobility with its defenses improved using a piece of technology Neo Kurdistan was proud of, the anti-beam cloak. This material works as an anti-beam weapon shield protecting the Hamidiya while barely affecting its agility. This cloak can take several shots from a beam weapon or even a single slice from a beam saber before going down.

Rounding out the Hamidiya is an AK-47 replica beam assault-rifle and a mixture of short but deadly solid knives. The only problem is its ultimate attack is less flashy than most nations. Instead of special tricks and such it is a simple feint that proves to be fatal to most foes. This Gundam is more than a Gundam Fighter but a military weapon that can stand at the fore-front of any battle to protect the status of Neo Kurdistan.

Biography: Marcus was born into both the best and worst possible homes. On one hand, the Caligulas family was one of the richest and influential families in Neo Italy. On the other, they had a long history of downright rottenness. If it weren't for their money, they would have been universally reviled, and if the Neo Italian Government wasn't so corrupt, they would have been in prison. Marcus's father, Nero Caligulas, was considered one of the worst heads of the household ever. He never paid taxes, almost openly used the family mercantile business to smuggle narcotics, had more hired guns than every other crime lord combined, and was cheap as hell when it came to his kids. Rather than quality education, Marcus was crudely dumped at a cheap boarding school on Earth, where he saw the poverty of many Italians. Marcus learned two things at boarding school: What everyone thought about his dad, and because of that, how to fight. He discovered that if your opponent is always defending himself from your attacks, he can't attack himself. When the 4th Gundam fight rolled around, Nero, aiming for total control of the federation, enrolled his son, who was much less of a fat slob than he was, in and told him to win. Marcus agreed, and his father bribed his son into the fight. However, now that he's on earth, Marcus has some different plans, mainly taking down his father's criminal empire...

Ultimate attacks: "Diabolus Ex Machina"- More of a form change than an attack, the Diabolus Ex Machina is a cluster of experimental, self-replicating nanomachines stored inside the Legion Gundam. When either triggered by the pilot, or if the onboard computer cannot detect the pilot, the nanomachines are released into the Gundam's systems, repairing most damage and greatly augmenting the overall performance of the Gundam. The downside is that the nanomachines require a tremendous amount of power, and this "Super mode" cannot be sustained for a long period of time. In addition, the nanomachines must directly control the Gundam in order to function, leaving the pilot unable to control the Gundam, which will proceed to relentlessly attack any perceived threats in the area.

"Deus de Bellum"- the "Duellator" Beam sword grows to three times its length and width for a flurry of powerful blows, which are either slashing or stabbing attacks.

Technological and Historical data: Built by the best mechanics and technicians that can be bought/blackmailed/threatened/kidnapped, the Legion Gundam was personally designed by Nero Caligulas himself, then later redesigned by technicians who knew how Gundams actually work. Many of the weapons are blatant knock-offs of ideas proposed by Neo Japanese designers who happened to have a sense of morality and decent home security. These include the "Duellator" beam sword and the cape worn by the Gundam, in addition to the "Diabolus ex Machina" system.
While not concealing the Gundam visually, the cape emits a very small field which renders the gundam undetectable by most sensors. This allows Marcus to get close enough to an opponent to unleash a brutal charge. In addition, the spiked knuckles and head vulcans ensure that even when unarmed, Marcus can continue his unceasing barrage.
The real star is the unique "Martis" system. The forearm-mounted round shield is circled by four rotating beam emitters. These emitters can either project miniature beam sabers to create a buzzsaw, or an energy field which, while it lasts, can block most conventional and energy weapons, and, if the Gundam remains idle, can be used indefinitely. In addition, it packs a concealed beam machine gun, which, while not as strong as a normal beam machine gun, can pack a nasty surprise for anyone who gets too close.

Ultimate attacks:
Singijeon: Named for the medieval rocket, Singijeon is an attack only executable while the Gundam is in its Durumagi configuration. In order to execute the attack, Song must first speak the name of the attack, upon which armor panels on the shoulders, chest, and legs open up, revealing what appear initially to be small, circular holes. Once he calls out the phrase "Sa Kun E Choong", a flurry of explosive beam arrows fly out from all of these holes continously for a grand total of three seconds, causing intense damage to anything unfortunate enough to be caught in the barrage. The suit is not able to move during the barrage, however, so it must be aimed well.
Kyo Hoon: As the Gundam must have some method of changing its configuration, its engineers devised Kyo Hoon, the method by which Hwarang goes from Hwarang Durumagi to Hwarang Goguryeo. By calling out all nine of the Hwa Rang Do Kyo Hoon, Song Han causes the suit to violently expel the additional armor of the Durumagi configuration in all directions, revealing the lightly equipped Goguryeo underneath and delivering a strong blow to anything in the immediate vicinity. However, this maneuver doesn't work in reverse, and so it can only be used once in a fight.
Technological and Historical data: Anxious to win the 4th Gundam Fight, and still smarting from the quick, ignoble defeat suffered by its under-armored entry in the last tournament, but looking for a way to cut costs, decided on a novel idea; rather than scrap the old design and build from the ground up, they instead decided to add onto the previous design.

These additions took the form of the armor worn by the Hwarang Gundam in its primary form: Durumagi. However, even after strengthening the suit's joints, the armor proved so heavy that it required the addition of a thruster pack on the back to move the suit around with any pretense of speed, which, almost amazingly, led a surprisingly large number of the development team to the same conclusion (or rather, addendum) rather than attempt to find some way to make this new monstrosity maneuverable, why not instead simply drop all the armor? While this initially went over about as well as one would expect, cooler heads prevailed, and the subsequent compromise led to the creation of the Goguryeo form, more accurately described as the machine entered in the Third Gundam fight. Once the design was finished, Song Han, the military's poster-boy, was, in short order, assigned to the machine.

Physical Description/Appearance: Li has medium-length black hair and brown eyes. He is tall, lean, and has a tight, yet bland face. He has slightly tan skin. While in combat, he tends to just wear a sleeveless white shirt, dark-blue pants, and black shoes. Outside of combat, he wears a traditional dark-green changshan over his clothes. His Mobile Trace suit is dark-red, with gold highlights (which include the antenna thingys).

Biography: Li was an orphan who was raised in one of the more prominent WuShu (aka Kung Fu) schools. By the time he was seven, he displayed prodigious talent and ability and quickly excelled beyond his peers. After thanking his initial Master, he went from school to school and quickly picked up and eventually mastered the various WuShu styles, such as Taijiquan, Chángquán, Nanquan, Hakka, among others by the time he turned 23.

A few months later, he watched the various matches of the 3rd Gundam Fight. He initially had no interest in the Fight, as he preferred to fight man-to-man. But seeing as how the martial challenges had dwindled in Neo China, he figured he could truly test his skills by taking part in the next Gundam Fight. Government officials were already aware of this prodigy for years, so they jumped at the opportunity once Li decided to submit his candidacy for the 4th Fight. After further refinement and training, as well as an intensive selection process, Li became the next representative fighter for Neo China. He sought to repay his debt to Neo China for allowing him this opportunity to seek out and defeat challenging opponents.

Other: Li's personality tends for him to be direct yet soft-spoken, as he would rather talk less and fight more. However, he is not hot-headed and remains calm and cool even when the opponent has the upper hand.
He is often called 'Li' for short.

"Green Dragon Crescent Lightning Slash" - This move involves gathering most of the Gundam's energy into the Guan Dao's blade. It is then unleashed as a powerful electric/energy slash that haphazardly zigzags towards its target.

"Dragon's Fury" - This temporarily removes all built-in restraints and overloads the reactor in order for the Guan Yu Gundam to get a burst of speed and strength. However, this is generally done as a last resort, due to the aftermath of a long cooldown time, reduced reactor output, and potential injury to the pilot.

Technological and Historical data:

Neo China sought to create a new Gundam which could not only hold its own, but to increase the chances of gaining victory in the Gundam fight. Guan Yu Gundam, named after the Chinese 'God' of War, is specialized in close combat and is equipped with a variety of melee weapons. It even has a 'beard' that imitates its namesake. This also acts as an extra layer of armor over the cockpit. Original concepts warranted heavier armor and more ranged weapons, but those ideas were replaced with emphasis on mobility and melee attack power.

Outside the base frame, it is covered with a series of thin armor plates like an armored suit. However, these plates are relatively lightweight and weak on their own, but their configurations allow for greater shock absorption and their coating allows for some resistance to energy weapons. This provides flexible and lightweight armor that allow the Gundam to remain highly mobile, along with the help of its series of thrusters and robust hydraulic system.

Aside from the usual Vulcans, it is armed with two beam sabers constructed in the style of the Chinese 'jian.' It also has a collapsible Guan Dao, which is basically a staff with a saber-type blade at one end. The blade is fairly potent, but the edge can be enhanced with a curved beam blade. The armored gauntlets and footpads can be Heated to augment the GuanYu Gundam's melee striking power.

Physical Description/Appearance: Brian has short dark auburn hair and blue eyes. He is tall, slightly chubby, and has a tight, yet bland face. He has pale skin. While in combat, he tends to just wear a black t-shirt, dark trousers, and black shoes. Outside of combat, he wears a short green shirt and dark trousers.

Biography: Brian was raised in a comforting, caring Irish home under his parents. His childhood was cushy, and he was well-educated, but also taught self-defence and how to work with machines, to encourage self-dependence and awareness of the outside world.

After watching the 3rd Gundam fight, he decided that he wnated to participate, and immediately set out to complete his goal. He, along with several school friends, created a new Gundam weapon for Ireland, and he was assigned as the pilot.

Other: Brian is caring and considerate, though he is deadly whilst piloting. He is very open with his freinds, though appears serious and closed to strangers. He also does not trust countries who have a 'shady' background.

Shine is the son of former Neo American soldier, and native born Earth-side Hawaiian martial artist Rafe Machida, and his wife, the former Neo Ireland military engineer Tara Royce. Shine was raised on the Earth's surface in the Hawaiian islands, where he learned to not only master his body as a weapon, but to ride the waves of the Pacific Ocean as an avid surfer. His physical prowess in the martial arts, and general athleticism lead the Neo American government to try to recruit him against his father's wishes, not wanting his son to live the same military life that he did through much of his own youth.

With the American dream having long ago fallen away to be replaced by a more wealth inspired track of thought, many citizens of Neo American colonies including the native Hawaiians of the surface and Neo Hawaii resort colony, split apart from Neo America, forming their own nation. As Rafe had supported and fought for the Neo Americans in the past he knew the corruption better then almost any other, so when his fellow Polynesian-descended citizens, both on Earth and in the Neo American colonies seceded, he was quick to take up a stance of defense for them.

Soon after the secession of Neo Hawaii, which in it self took place shortly after the 3rd Gundam fight, Rafe would be found dead, seemingly killed by an explosion of magma that had lodged sharp Lava-rock in his heart, during his yearly training pilgrimage to the active volcanoes of the Hawaiian islands. After hearing of this wound that his father had received, Shine called folly, refusing to believe that the man who had taught him to survive in the Volcanic wilds, could have died from such a careless injury. Swearing to avenge his father's death, the teenage boy entered in to the Neo Hawaiian Mobile Fighter tournament, and defeated all other entrants, to become his nation's Gundam Fighter, armed with the Gundam his mother had designed based upon his father's own personal specs and preferences.

Raised under the watchful tutelage of his Father Rafe, and Uncle Ippo, the two men to whom he owes his martial arts prowess, and his courageous disposition. He has spent almost his entire life training in the martial arts so that one day he might be able to show the world the ways of the Hawaiian MMA style known as Kajukenbo, and use it to spread the easy going way of life of his Father's people across the Earth Sphere. While also swearing to gain a measure of vengeance for his father, whom he believes was murdered at the Hands of the Neo American military.

Other: Shine is a charismatic character, usually drawn toward the beach upon his free time, where he reminisces about training with his Father as a boy, and attempts to teach what he has learned to the youth that enjoy the sands and surf with him, he is also somewhat of an avid surfer, and scholar, almost always to be found with a dogeared Old American novel in his possession. He has a tendency to call out old quotes from some of his favorite volumes, and has a flare for the dramatics which he inherited from his father. He is supported by his Mother Tara, his Uncle Ippo, his sister Rory, and his childhood friend Anya when training and maintaining his mobile fighter. His "Family" as he calls them, Anya is no relation, Rory is actually an orphan from Neo Ireland whom his mother had adopted before meeting his father, and Ippo was actually no blood relation, just his father's own training partner from the days of their childhood, are the most important things to him in the world, and they give him his drive to succeed in battle.

Ultimate attacks:
Kahuna Kick: A powerful wave of gravitational force, fired from a swift Roundhouse kick.
Pinion Assault: More of a combination attack then an Ultimate blow, the mobile fighter mimics Shine's motions as he performs one of the traditional attack dances of the Kajukenbo martial art, while riding upon the Kahuna Gun Blade.
Kahuna Cut: Similar in effect to the Kahuna Kick, but rather then gravitational force, a series of cuts using the Kahuna Gunblade send waves of focused particle energy outward, smashing in to, and possibly cutting through, their target.
Final Strike Volcanic Kahuna Fist: The heat sinks of the Kahuna all explode with energy, as it rushes forward, striking with three punches, a right jab, a left hook, and then an explosion generating right fist Kenpo punch, ending the attack, targeted toward an enemy Mobile Fighter's head, meant to end the round of the Gundam Fight in victory, it is a last ditch attack, using up much of the Kahuna's power reserves, and shutting down all other weapons systems for a time after its use.

Technological and Historical data:
Appears very similar to the Gundam 00 Raiser from Mobile Suit Gundam 00, in appearance.
The Kahuna was initially designed for entry in to Neo America's next generation Gundam Fighter program, but that concept was scrapped when political unrest lead to Neo Hawaii's secession. Afterward, the Kahuna's production was halted, with only one of its ultracompact fusion reactor's input in to the system, and it was left alone, buried deep beneath the Machida family's mountain side home on the Earth surface.

When the peoples of Neo Hawaii called out to their leadership to join the Gundam Fight and prove their worth to the world's powers, the best and brightest scientists in Neo Hawaii, and some from other nations wishing simply to see the Neo Americans put in their place, gave funding and support to the Machida family, who were asked by Neo Hawaii's acting Congress to stake their nation's claim in the Gundam Fight.

Accepting, Rafe traveled out upon his yearly pilgrimage to the active Hawaiian volcanoes to train, while the engineers and scientists complete their work in finishing the mobile weapon that had been designed to suit his every need in battle. Dying mysteriously on the mountainside from lava rock embedded in his heart, Rafe left only one martial artist alive that would be able to pilot his suit, as his own training partner lacked lower mobility from a mobile fighter fight earlier in his own life, thus, Shine was the only fighter close enough to his father's own style, to take the place of Rafe, the Dragon of Hawaii.

Designed by his own scientist mother who had moved to Neo Hawaii from Neo Ireland many years before, Shine's Mobile Fighter the Kahuna Gundam was designed to intermix his father's three favorite things. Hawaiian culture, through the use of the name Kahuna, and the Kajukenbo style super attacks, Swords, through the design of the the Claymore like Kahuna Gunblade, and Surfing, through the use of the expanding blade of the Kahuna Gunblade, which thus allows it to become a surf board the floats by way of particle release from its tempered surface.

Built initially as a possible entry for the Neo American Gundam Fighter finals, the unit was instead fielded as the only high power Mobile Fighter design available to Neo Hawaii after their secession from Neo America, as their own Gundam Fighter.
Now piloted by Shine in his hopes of learning the truth about the death of his father, and restoring truth, justice, and the true American Way, to not only Neo America, but all of the colonies by giving them something to aspire to after hopefully winning the Gundam Fight.

Physical Description/Appearance: A tall man of Norse descent, blonde short cropped military hair with a blonde trimmed beard. Broad shouldered with medium muscle structure and a bit of a beer gut. Usually seen wearing regulation Finnish Military fatigues when not piloting. Thinks that gundam fights should be left to military officers and not a bunch of screaming primadonnas. Cold, stern, and lacking a sense of humor, he is known to be quite sociable when off duty.

Biography: Born in the colony of Neo-Finland, he was an orphan at a young age due to revolutionists in the colony. From that point on he studied hard and eventually managed to be accepted into Neo-Finlands Space Corp. His time there was spent training and flying space fighters. From the moment of his parents death he swore he would find a way to force order into his society. After excelling at a new test simulation developed by his government he was conducted into the Project "Ragnarok" test corp and made pilot of the new Valkyrie Gundam. Due to his training with space fighters his fighting style in combat is less melee oriented than the average fighter.

Technological and Historical data: Meant to inspire national pride through its Norse background Neo-Finland began developing a new concept of the mobile fighter.
Developed using the key points of mobility and firepower, the Valkyrie gundam is an experimental mobile fighter integrating new technologies in metallurgy, propulsion, and firepower.

The most important development was a transformation mechanism allowing it to transform from a humanoid mode to a fighter like mode. The gundams armor material is weaker than normal gundarium alloy but surprisingly light allowing much better sustained flight.The propulsion system is capable of producing enough thrust to reach mach 2.2 in MA mode.All of these advances allow the Valkyrie gundam prototype to be a superb hit and run fighter with surprising firepower for its agility.

Resembling the Valkyrie of Norse legend it is surprisingly thin for its height of 20m. The primary color scheme is grey aircraft camo with red detail on the panel lines. It appears relatively smooth despite its humanoid appearance. The MA mode resembles the zeta gundams MA mode but with switch blade wings and a greater aerodynamic design.
