I don't really watch a whole lot of TV, actually, so my list is pretty small...

The Office
Heroes (occasionally)
Star Trek reruns (Not DS9 or Enterprise)
House

Ever since Cartoon Network was removed from my basic cable package, I've had a limited number of shows to watch. Damn you, Comcast! D:

So so far I'd have to say I'm watching...

Heroes
Stargate: Atlantis (Ends in three more episodes, then we get the new series sometime in the future!)
Mythbusters
Cash Cab

Pretty much any good show on Sci-fi that airs between 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, depends on the day of the week really.

Don't watch much TV nowadays, though I'm currently recording many of the old movies airing on ABC Family (Since it's the 25 days of Christmas), like Rudolph and stuff. Y'know, the good classics. :D

The Simpsons
Family Guy
American Dad
King Of The Hill
Futurama
The Office
South Park
The Daily Show
The Colbert Report
Two And A Half Men
Around The Horn
Pardon The Interuption
Cash Cab

There is other stuff (Adult Swim things like Robot Chicken and ATHF, reruns of Whose Line? and other shows), but those are the only shows I watch regularly in a given week...

Didn't realize I watched much TV until I tried to sort it out for this topic.

Myth Busters
Time warp
Prototype This!
Sanctuary (was skeptical of this at first, but the fact that the main character's ex is Jack the Ripper sold me)
Daily Show
Colbert Report

Whatever catches my attention between the National Geographic, History, Discovery, History International, Science and Military channels when those shows aren't on. Failing that, whichever channel is currently airing NCIS, CSI, CSI:NY or House (there's always at least one on). Also, an hour or so of real news. Everything in this paragraph is primarily for atmosphere/background action.

Countdown with Keith Olbermann (MSNBC)
The Rachel Maddow Show (MSNBC)

Monk (USA) (not often)
NCIS (USA) (occasionally)
Real Time with Bill Maher (HBO) (rarely)

It's not like the show has that huge an audience, which of course is the reason why it's been canceled and is on its way out.

Law and Order reruns are also a good way to kill an hour if I catch the start of an episode
and I've got the Red Wings game on in the background as I type this.

I think to put all the TV shows I've watched would be too brutal to list, but the current shows (current, as in, not in DVD boxsets yet) that I watch:

...well, just a couple

Heroes and Gundam 00

TV shows just suck in general nowadays. Even Heroes is being a Code Geass R2 LOLPLOTWIST, but that fact in itself makes me wonder what BS writers would come up with next.

EDIT: Forgot, I watch Three Sheets alot, but then MOJO HD disappeared on my cable list...

The specific shows I can think of that I watch either daily or on a regular basis are:

Around the Horn (ESPN)
Pardon the Interruption (ESPN)
Sportscenter (ESPN)
Dirty Jobs (Discovery)
MythBusters (Discovery)
Cash Cab (Discovery)
Your World with Neil Cavuto (FOX News)
Fox & Friends (FOX News) (...when I'm awake and coherent that early)
Red Eye w/ Greg Gutfeld (FOX News) (usually part of the reason I'm not awake and coherent for Fox & Friends)
Lost (ABC)

I just realized I tend to watch ESPN and listen to Fox Sports Radio. I wonder why that is?
