When I see Heero and Relena, I can't help but remember that episode where she stands out on the cliff and shouts for Heero to come and kill her. Hopefully Heero is about to grant her wish with that detonator he's holding.

Looks to me like Nimbus Schtazen from Blue Destiny. I think that's Yu, Maureen, and Amy on the other side next to Rain.
