this guy used the eyetoy on ps3 to do some head tracking VR, just like Johnny Lee did with the wiimotes not long ago. For those who don't know johnny's here's his links

I hope this can be put in a full retail first party game, it would be amazing to see this go places, perhaps an all new genre of games.

It would be really interesting to see someone actually develop a game that makes use of head tracking. It'd be perfect for a FPS or something like Metal Gear Solid. Interactivity to the max!
Tell me why, at this turning point in our history, must we fight amongst each other and further pollute the earth?

Umm... I'm not so sure that it would be a good idea until everyone gets TVs of 50 ins. or larger, because most head movements that people make just to get comfortable would flick the crosshair straight to the edge of a smaller screen- not too helpful when you're trying to spray a room.

Not necessarily, I'm sure you would be able to tune the sensitivity of the system, just like you can adjust the mouse or joystick sensitivity in PC games.
