Does anyone here remember it? Back in the days of the NES?

I still play Tecmo III on the SNES. Even with all the nostalgia connected to the first one, I prefer the newer game.

My favorite was Tecmo Super Bowl.

Bo Jackson was in-sane on those games.

I played Tecmo Bowl all the time on the NES. It was really the only football game I ever liked.

Who says you need more than four plays? And it's a good thing you don't have to secure licensing for city names. At least Tecmo SuperBowl had the real team names.

I have super bowl I think, I loved that the farther back your quarterback went the farther the ball went forward, I think my best was like a 50+ yard pass.

i always hoped that maybe someday someone would try to ressurect the tecmo bowl franchise long shot i kno but still that was THE football game before madden became god

I must say I have been disappointed with the Madden franchise. It's technically Madden Roster Update 2008. It doesn't have the feel and love factor of Tecmo Bowl.

Madden has declined ever since Madden 2005.
