Scramble commander 2

well there is a new SRW Scramble commander out and there are some vids on you tube and one has my wondering about the story line. IT has Gundam Seed Destiny in it and the stage is where Kira first gets back into freedom and and protects the mansion, what has me scratching my head is that Heero is with him in the mission and it looks like he launches with im not just shows up in Wing Zero so he must have been living with my my question is why? can anyone shead the light on this for me.
If knowing is half the battle then Im going in unarmed.
