Aye, all the little fun things in the game are quite entertaining, like if you ram a car too fast you'll go flying out the front window, or people will catch on fire inside their cars. Even jumping from high places and being blown back and killed by big explosions is pretty epic in this game.
It's not as fun as San Andreas in terms of all the things you could do in that game, but it's still a really fun game compared to San Andreas, if you know what I'm saying.
