Assault Suit Valken guidebook translations

Anybody here remember Assault Suits Valken, which got renamed Cybernator when it came out in America, and contaminated with tons of translation issues? Well, there's this guidebook I found (can't post link here since it came from g-e hentai tagged as "Non-H," so if anyone wants a link, ask and ye shall receive by PM), and I found character profiles. So can anyone translate what's in here and here please?

P.S. Got those two links from here.

Re: Assault Suit Valken guidebook translations

Jake Brain
- first lieutenant or lieutenant junior grade (naval)
- Canadian

Alef Berdach
- major or lieutenant commander (naval)
- German

Crea Coral
- sergeant major
- Japanese

Geltz
- general
- Australian

Chack Jonston
- captain (naval)
- Mexican

Schermark
- president
- Belgian

Since I don't know which military branch do Jake and Alef belong to, I gave them two ranks, one for the army/marines and the other for its navy equivalent.

There is a kanji in Alef, Geltz and Schermark's nationalities that can mean "ex-" or "old". I'm guessing that in the game's world history, Germany, Australia and Belgium are former sovereign states, probably conquered or annexed by the antagonist faction.

The kanji in Jake, Crea and Chack's nationalities mean "state" or "province", indicating that their countries are part of a federation.
