Yes, you do get 400 points when you scrap. I always thought they should give you more for higher ranked suits, even if it's only a little bit.

So I've racked up some custom points now and I'm not sure if I should just dump them all into attack (like everyone else seems to do) or if I should put them elsewhere. Here's a list of the current units that have custom points available.
Big Zam (2)
Psycho (2)
Force Impluse (5)
Also, what is agility? I've heard conflicting answers. Some say its attack speed, others say it affects reload, still others say it has to do with boost, and most just have no clue whatsoever.

Consider the use of each suit before statting.
AGILITY IS BREAKPOINT DEPENDENT
BPs are 4.5 pixels, 9, 13.5, etc, increasing by 4.5 pixels
THERE IS A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN Custom gain and OC gain
In general, SP, SPD, AGI, HP are only added to in Custom points
Agi increases the smoothness of weapon 2, reduces boostup interval, and R mode smoothness
Big Zam: C HP/OC Def, although all-AGI troll builds exist
Psycho: All defense
F. Impulse: ATK or Spd/Atk. Need to check olgame
