I'm on kinda a nostalgia trip and I really want to play my old copy of Star Wars X-Wing for Mac. Problem is, I have no computer in the house capable of doing that, the game is too freakin' old! Anyone know how I can do that? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VWghO...eature=related

Play it on Windows 95 or 98(?) Compatibility Mode.
Which means:
Right Click the game application > Properties > Run application in Compatibility Mode > Choose which version works for it.

Now I just need a joystick. I have a funny feeling that playing it with the mouse or keys will be hell.
Unless you guys are thinking that my copy is a Windows copy. It's not, it's for Mac.

That's what I just realized, yes.
I have no experience with Macs, sorry. But that's how you'd do it with a Windows copy.

You can try running Mac as an emulator on your PC. A quick google shows http://oreilly.com/windows/archive/PearPC.htmlAnd I know Mac is just a Unix shell. I don't know if you can but you might be able to run it with Linux? Probably not now that I think about it...
