Does this have the top armor for the shoulders/collarbone enclosed? It's hard to describe, if you have ever seen the GM Quel MG you would know what I am talking about, it's a big annoyance.

Yeah, I really don't understand the question...
But if it helps any, the MG GM-C doesn't reuse any parts from the MG GM Quel. At the time of its introduction the MG GM-C was an all-new tooling (unlike the GM Quel, which reused parts from the GM Custom and Alex.)
Maybe you could grab a photo from Dalong that shows the issue, maybe draw an arrow on it or something to show what the issue is you're referring to...

Yeah I looked on Dalong, and the issue I was talking about was fixed.
