HAha yup, Its Genshiken 2 alright 
, Just a note for those that don't know genshiken doesnt really have anything to do with gundam, its just that the characters in Genshiken reference it a bit(well more than a bit)^_^ The anime is about a bunch of people who... watch anime/read manga and do stuff related to that in their club called "The Society for the Study of Modern Visual Culture"
Its a pretty good anime (atleast to me, its hilarious )
Also notice the mouth cover on the "gundam" in that pic.
