Patlabor's Snow Rondo
Near the end of the second OVA (Patlabor: New Files) between Dungeon Again and the Ingraman episode is the episode Snow Rondo. I have never been able to understand this episode from watching it the first time many years ago on fansubs and a few days ago on DVD. Is anyone able to make sense of this episode? Shinohara at the end says it's not a dream and there is a bit of evidence to show that it wasn't a dream but also enough evidence to show it didn't happen either. Yet I have never been able to figure it out. So does anyone have any insights to what happened?
