One Year War Question

I was looking through Mark Simmon's timeline, specifically the parts concerned with Rise from the Ashes. The last two dates it says the Federation Forces launch an attack the Hughenden "Fortress" and then the date that follows says they attack the Hughenden HLV Base.

So are they two seperate places or is the HLV base within the fortress?

Another thing is the secret Zeon Submarine base in the abandoned city of Adelaide. Does anyone have a good description of it? Is it something like Cali's underground sub pens?

Any help would be appreciated.

I can remember the Submarine Base if you can call it that, it's nothing really. Just at one part of the city is the submarine, a dock and a few cranes and such.

The Hughenden fortress and HLV base are two separate (though presumably nearby) locations. The Hughenden fortress involves a night attack on the fort, and the attack on the HLV base happens the next morning.
