But now I want a fanart of Lacus in Wagnerian valkyrie costume (appropriately idol-fashioned) singing about spear-and-magic Gundam.

That's for the sequal OVA to Lacus' Counterattack Thundermuffin hasn't released yet, titled: Gundam SEED: Hunt for the Unicorn!

It will focus on Lacus in such a costume as she follows a series of coordinates to the best concert sites which will eventually lead her to the sacred Laplace's Chest, the key to unleashing Ragnarok upon her Hegemony. She and her loyal saint Gundam pilots fight and race against another group searching for the chest, the loosely Saxon/Chinese hybrid group of former Blue Cosmos origin known as "the Cuffs".

Such cameos will include the new battleship "Sutherland", the cooperate head of Morganroate who are related to the chest owners and know its secret, the Djbril family, a member of the Djbril family who tries to fall in love with Lacus (and is a blond pretty boy, like a certain other character from UC), but will eventually be killed by Kira in a totally justifiable way, and last but not least an embittered Blue Cosmos terrorist who mentors our young protagonists and shows the Cosmos viewpoint of the war.

I recall some previous info(might be completely wrong as my memory of it is pretty hazy) saying the new villain will pilot a new ms and it's a male, maybe it's him?

Although there are no bad rumors about him at all, there are many voices hoping he'd become a politician. Although he seems to have an interest in the Serpent Tail, his true intentions are shrouded in mystery.
