Nothing on /m/ should ever be believed, just on general principle.

Re: The Official Gundam AGE Anime Thread Mk III

People complain that they called them X-Rounders? At least they didn't call them Medichlorians. Or even the all compassing Protoculture. Heck, they could have even called them Psionics, but that would be lame. X-Rounder is fine with me.

However, I will say, that in comparing it with Jojo's Bizarre Adventure(Again, I know, I do that quite a bit), That the Ripple from part 1 and part 2 became the Stand for the rest of the series.

And naturally a Google.jp search for Tomino and X-Rounder using all conceivable spellings for the latter turns up nothing that's not a direct reaction to the last episode, though given the nature of the rumor (much less its source) it was hardly necessary. Here's another one for the Rumors and Lies thread.

Why isn't there an actual Rumors and Lies thread?

There IS one, actually.

Actually, that was Millais. I wonder if Grodek might die at this point...

For a moment I thought that the guy beside Millais was Dique. <bashes head against wall>

Emily looks... strange in that pic. But I'd mistake her for Asem's sister if I didn't know better.

The pilot named Alisa looks as if she wants to say "my dad is Dique". :P
The pilot named Max is I'm guessing the mediocre pilot of the age-2 generation.

Re: The Official Gundam AGE Anime Thread Mk III

How dare they have a mediocre pilot named Max!!! :)

In any case, I'm glad... waitaminute. If that was Millais as the Captain, doesn't she look a little too good? Wouldn't she be in her late 40s or early 50s by the second gen?

Depends how far into second gen they're going; the real question on who ages slowly is Desil.

I also find it odd that the troglodyte kid actually managed to have a kid. And since Yurin isn't there I think it is a safe bet she's not going to be around much longer.

Re: The Official Gundam AGE Anime Thread Mk III

WTF the captain is supposed to be 49.......She looks way younger than that.

Haha looks like Emily's grandpa is still around....at 80..

And that white hair kid Sehart (sp?) is being referred as "mysterious teenager" even though it's obvious he is probably Wolf's son.

No mention of Grodek or Yurin probably means end of the line for them.

Romary is our heroine this time. I kinda like the academy uniform though.

That's not Desil 2nd gen. That's Desil in current generation. The evidence is that Zedas on the back is original Zedas, not Zedas R (gray bits with red chest-eye, not red bits with green chest-eye). With pilot suit and helmet, that's probably his "final showdown" outfit.

I suspect the voice cast for near-40!Emily and near-50!Millais may be unchanged. Desil, that may depend. Flit's? Maybe because I have never heard Toshiyuki Toyonaga [his voice actor] doing much older men before.
