I really doubt Turn-A would be successful on mainstream television, plus if it was they would either have to put it on late at night and rate it 14A for the initial nudity in the first couple episodes. And if regular Anime fans find it slow, i doubt add prone north american children would find it interesting.

These were just comments on various boards and on the trailer itself.. but nothing official. Has anyone heard anything about this? There is no dub, and even if there was, Cartoon Network wouldn't show something that's (comparatively speaking) so old and not exactly kid/teen friendly. All this speculation comes from someone putting false information in Wikipedia.

Still no word on this, I take it? Been patiently waiting for some additional information, but nothing seems ot have presented itself. Dissapointing, so near the end of 2011.

It's been pushed off to 2012.

I can understand why they're not bothering to dub it (dubs are a sales device, and the people who will buy Turn A will probably be the ones who will buy it regardless of whether there's a dub or not), but it doesn't mean I'm not a little disappointed by it.
It's an excellent show and I can't wait to add it to my collection.
