Hey, i saw that you guys put up a nadesico anime summary for the first couple episodes. If you want i have a decent collection of pics (black and white) as well as from the anime of the robots and ships. If you like i can tell you were to go get them or i can just give ya my collection somehow.

I also have some, AmuroNT1 also post some of great stuff (like rare B/W linearts from Japaneese-exclusive "Blank of Three Years" game).

Just to make it better, a friend of mine found some Prince of Darkness lineart - including the Black Selena.

I scored the net so may times for Black Selena lineart after I saw Prince of Darkness... I found nothing, although it did lead me to footage of Another Century Episode. I wish they'd translate the A.C.E. games.
Anyone got lineart of the corvette Eucharis? (Akito's battleship from Prince Of Darkness).
If there's a need - if memory serves, there's a good schematic in the film itself.

A collection, of all of this, would be nice to say the least.

I have one as well, but it has black background. Since the Selena is also black, it's hard to clean-up.

Awesome images, AmuroNT1!
The 0-G frame is one of my favorite mecha types; these pics are cool. I especially like the pics featuring the pilots standing next to their mechs; it's cool to see a scale reference.
Thank you!

This is more Nadesico lineart than I thought I would ever see!! The Black Selena & Eucharis linearts are incredibly detailed! I'm off on a saving spree!
Looks like we've got enough for a series section and a movie section!
The only things missing that I can see is a handful of items from the series - the EFSF battleships, the Jovian's large unmanned battleship and leap cannon ship (Kannazuki), and the other three Nergal ships (ND-002 Cosmos, ND-003 Kakitsubata & ND-004 Shakuyaku).
[edit]Oh, and the Nadesico C from PoD is missing as well.
Don't know if it will help, but here's a screenshot of the top and side view schematic of the Eucharis from the movie: http://homepage.ntlworld.com/vectorspac ... haris2.jpg
Snapped at 16:01.

A few notes on two of those pictures:
http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y112/z ... itsuba.jpg - this is actually the ND-002 Cosmos, a.k.a the Mobile Dockship Cosmos.
http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y112/z ... eactor.gif - this is a Barrier Sattelite, a network of them make up a planet-sized shield (the "Big Barrier") that is the first defensive line.
Regarding the Truckavalis and underwater frame Aestivalis in AmuroNT1's collection... Correct me if I'm wrong, but neither of these actually featured in the series or the film? Do we have a place for unused designs like this? Maybe they can go in a Nadesico mecha variations section?

Hehe, like I said, I don't know much about them. I just kept the filenames they had when I found them.

The Trailervalis and Underwater Frame come from the Sega Saturn game "Blank of Three Years", which takes place during the gap between Nadesico TV and Prince of Darkness and helps explain things a bit better. It focuses on an amnesiac Jovian (who apparently looks like Gai/Tsukumo) who meets the crew of the Nadesico and falls for Itsuki "Steelie" Kazama, the replacement pilot who appeared in the Christmas episode. The game also features some other variants, like the Gekigan Frame and a Gekigan Type completely animated by Batta AI.
BTW, Trailervalis is the official name, but I typically call it "Truckavalis" because it sounds like the sort of thing you'd see this SUNDAY! SUNDAY! SOMEDAY!
