Specifically, I think the Hazel Messala is an AoZ model contest winner then drawn by Fujioka. So lord knows what that even counts as.

According to the captions on the available DHM issues, as well as on the discussions present on the TTT Arc website, we can currently identify these MSs as follows:
1. Yes, the Hazel with Messala boosters is a Kenki Fujioka bonus art based on a model for a Dengeki Hobby modeling competition.
2. This is one of the several possible RX-124 TR-6 Woundwort configurations: the original caption calls it Gigantic Form. It's formed by an RX-124 TR-6 Woundwort in "Rah II" form (i.e. RX-124 TR-6 Woundwort + Hrududu II) plus arm and leg units based on MRX-009 Psyco Gundam.
3. Another TR-6 variation, labeled Hrairoo II Shooting Form. It shows a vague "structural" resemblance both with ABFS-RR-01S Messala Dinofaust Alpha and ABFS-RR-01M Messala Dinofaust Jupiter from Tyrant Sword of Neofalia.
4. This massive TR-6 version is designated as Base Defence Form, and it's explicitely inspired by the Dendrobium from 0083.
But please note that since AOZ isn't closed yet, maybe that future DHM issue will enable to further refine these statements.
And of course there's always the problem of where to inlcude many of these mechas.. but I wll probably discuss this matter in one of my future posts on the Miscellaneous Gundam Contributions thread

I'm pretty sure that the ship is a Sadalahn class. I can't read Japanese, so I couldn't tell you the name of that specific one, though.

The ship like Destroy Gundam says is the Sadalahn class the ships name is Gadalahn.
