In the category of significantly less useful stuff, I finally bothered to do up the entire list of 505 optional armaments (it's a long, repetitive one)

Machinegun, Machinecannon, Railgun, Railcannon, Laser Gun, Rapid Fire Laser Gun, Long Range Laser Gun, Twin Long Range Laser Gun, Rocket Launcher, Twin Rocket Launcher, Quad Rocket Launcher, Quad Missile Pod, Twin Heavy Missile Pod

That's assuming there's not a 14th equip level I don't know about too

There's also something of a mobile weapon in the game I forgot about, but I know of no pics, and it's a pain and a half to classify. The thing's just referred to as "Giant Weapon", and it's a '70s style 4 legged deathball about twice the height of an LFO used by the Tower Military. Homing Lasers, Railgun, Shotlasers, is my guess at armament.

The Gekko and an Izumo show up in non-combat situations (with their usual affiliations), and there's a fight with an ex-military land battleship used by Gears.

Whether or not any of that is actually useful, I at least like to know I threw it out there

I thought I'd chuck in something vaguely more useful this time, starting with what by all rights would seem to be correct stats, having seen the 909s (though, I'm not sure where the 808 ones came from)

Nirvash TypeZERO
Overall Height: 14.7m (humanoid mode), 2.8m (vehicle mode)
Weight: 21.4t
Maximum Output: 4000/ 120~ 150 9PS/bpm
Maximum Velocity: 300km (vehicle mode)

Terminus TypeR606
Overall height: 13.7m (humanoid mode), 2.6m (vehicle mode)
Weight: 21.3t
Maximum Output: 3400/110~140 (PS/bpm)
Maximum Velocity: 280km (vechicle mode)

Terminus TypeR808
Overall Height: 14.2 (humanoid mode), 2.7m (vehicle mode)
Weight: 23.1t
Maximum Output: 4100/110~130(PS/bpm)
Maximum Velocity: 260km (vehicle mode)

Then, some weapon listing fixes from bringing out the game again...

Squadbike: Machinecannon, Missile Pod
Streetfighter: Machinegun, 6-tube Missile Pod
Trycyclic: Laser Gun, Missile Pod

Yeah, New Wave likes its homing missiles. Even Saville's dual laser Mon Soono manages to launch them out of some void or other. There is a 14th equip level too, though I don't know if there's any LFO armaments in it.

Alright, got around to scanning some, here they are.

Street Fighter should be added to the anime section I guess, since the things turn up in a much easier on the eyes all-orange form an episode after the Squadbikes. With a second missile pod in place of the machinegun, at that.

I've been putting this off, but im going to try to get a couple out per week,

Nirvash typeZERO

This LFO is the first ever constructed. Its archetype was discovered in _____ mines. Its archetype is unique, as it is the only one discovered with the accommodation for a side by side shared cockpit. It was taken to the Tresor research labs, where its construction was completed. It was discovered that the Nirvash would only move for the mysterious girl Eureka, who was found along with the archetype. Eureka also has the unique ability to communicate with the Nirvash, and understand its feelings. Its ref board, was manufactured by the father of the famous Adrock Thurston, grandfather of Renton, Axel Thurston.

The typeZERO is piloted by Eureka in the SOF, until Holland and others execute their plan to steal the new model ship the Gekko-Go, and break away from the Federation to form Gekko State. Son of Adrock Thruston, Renton later joins Gekko State, and pilots the Nirvash, with the assistance of Eureka, and later on several occasions by himself. After the arrival of Renton, the Nirvash is equipped with the amita drive, an object that seems to unlock the seven swell phenomenon, and the true power of the Nirvash.

The typeZERO becomes severely damaged after Renton makes his return to Gekko State. Renton and Eureka use the Nirvash's power to disable, the entire attacking Federation fleet at the rainbow sea, including Charles Beams.

The Nirvash Type ZERO is later upgraded to the Nirvash typeZERO spec 2

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I left the name of the mine blank, because i havnet gone back to check the episodes yet, I will check, and fill it in in a bit, unless someone else know it off hand.

Nirvash typeZERO spec 2

After the incident at the rainbow sea, the crew of the Gekko-Go decide to bring the crippled Nirvash to Tresor research labs, where it was originally constructed. They learn that they archetype of the Nirvash has evolved, changing to allow a third configuration. Eureka states that the Nirvash wants to grow up (or something to that extent). The manufacture of the new ref board is once again contracted out to Axel Thurston. The spec 2 has the traditional two forms of most LFOs, but in addition has a third form; a high speed flight mode. It is the only LFO in existence known to posses a third form.

Renton and Eureka utilize the spec 2, and its third form to break through the great wall. It again becomes severely damaged, after Oratario #8 fires upon the Coralian command cluster.

In a final effort to save Eureka, the Nirvash transforms itself into its "true" form, the Nirvash typeZERO spec 3
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Also, the three images that I provided for the spec2 are higher quality than the currently used ones.

I know I'm not the greatest at this, and any input is welcomed. [/url]

The profiles need some work, but this is something I definitely want to come back to after clearing out lots of other stuff.

Well, after getting TR2 yesterday, and firing it up, a full listing isn't quite possible yet, but there are a few things to be learned that apply to TR1.

a) The "Street Fighter Type LFO" is now being referred to as "Wild Boar"
b) What's Hurricane Boa on the website is "Hurricane Boar", and explained as a somewhat normal upgrade to the Wild Boar, though I believe there may only be 2 in addition to the 1 that appeared in TR1 (which isn't listed, BTW).
c) "Early War Military Use LFO" seems to have a name now based on Dark Edge's backstory. Cyclops (crazy original, I know)
d) Squad Bike is listed as Scud Bike. I should be able to get someone to check the Kanji on that...

Strangely, the game also uses the Japanese name of 505 Kai, instead of 505 Custom. Flestnia rather than Frestonia, it's a real mess of disagreeing romanification... (whereas last time, the disagreement of what to call the Terminus trainer was about it)

I'd say Frestonia's probably more likely, since it's actually a previously existing word-the name for a street in London that tried to secede from the UK, and probably more importantly an album name, though it saddens me to after hearing "Flestnia" as much as I have already. (come to think though, this translation may have been based on the Japanese dialogue anyways)

On that note, I'd guess Squad Bike's more likely, and Wild Boa is even a bit of a possibility.

There's gonna be a ton of image holes here, but anyways, full mecha listing (it's a rather impressive one, encompassing every LFO but for the Terminus Trainer, Spec3, VC10, Devilfish and Spearhead)

Civilians
Cyclops (aka Miltitary Use Early War Type LFO)
Dark Edge
Frestonia
Hurricane Boar
Squad Bike
Terminus typeR505
Terminus typeR505 Custom
Tri-Beetle (aka Tricyclic)
Wild Boar (aka Street Fighter)

Gekkostate
Mecha
Nirvash typeZERO
Nirvash typeZERO Spec2
Terminus typeR606
Terminus typeR808
Terminus typeR909

Vehicles and Support Units
Gekko

Azure
Frestonia
Lightning Seed

United Federation of Predgio Towers
Mecha
Lightning Seed
Mon-Soono type10
Mon-Soono type20
Nirvash typetheEND
Squad Bike (technically these are State Military, rather than Federal)
Terminus typeR505
TheOtherOne
Wyvern

Vehicles and Support Units
4-legged Combat Vehicle
6-legged Combat Vehicle
Izumo

There's an Azure ship (as well as a ton of Federation ones) of the same class as Izumo, as well as a couple civilian airships which go sadly unnamed, at least through the story.

Wyvern's a high-tech Mon-Soono type mounting homing lasers and fun (I swear I'd seen it before, and heard of it before, but I can't figure out where), based on the shape, while Lightning Seed and TheOtherOne are crazy boss-KLFs. The former is Mon-Soono-ish and the original LFO to use the Compac Feedback System, the latter mounted with huge shoulder missile pods and using a saucer "ref board" until it dumps its armour and pods, when it becomes a "+". Pity it's still rather ugly, though it has a touch of VC10 in its design.

The name is in katakana- it's "sukaddo". Also, the Japanese materials that describe it in Roman letters use "Squad".

I scanned some of the mecha from the Eureka Seven the new Vision game Manual as well as their description.

Terminus TypeR505 Kai
The TypeR505 is the origin of the Terminus Series that was used as standard Equipment for the KLF Special Platoon. Its unit parts replacement system allows for easy Equipment changes and makes various kinds of customization possible.

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v662/ ... 505Kai.jpg
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v662/ ... ngcopy.jpg

Dark Edge
The Dark Edge was created by modifying the Cyclops, an LFO that was used on a trial basis by the Military before the appearance of the Terminus and the Mon-Soono. While the body design is old, it is heavily protected with armor and boasts quite a bit of power. It uses TypeR505 parts on the head as an accessory.

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v662/ ... rkEdge.jpg

Flestnia Custom
This is the latest customized Azure LFO which Sumner received as a prize for winning the Bester Cup. It is a modified KLF, and although the Azure LFOs can vary based on the quality of their parts, they are known for their superb specs.

Flestnia
(Probably the same as the Flestnia Custom description)

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v662/ ... ehicle.jpg
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v662/ ... estina.jpg

Hurricane Boar
One of the Defining Characteristics of the Wild Boar, an LFO available even to the general public, is that t can be easily modified. This has led to the creation of the Hurricane Boar with its outlaw-style specs and fortified weaponry. More powerful than existing LFOs, the Hurricane Boar is best left unchallenged.

Scud Bike
This two-wheeled LFO can transform into Vehicle Mode and can be used for a wide variety of purposes. It is light and highly maneuverable and was looked upon highly until lifting gained popularity. However, since it is not heavily armored, it is not well suited for battle.

Mon-Soono Type20
This KLF has been officially adopted for use by the military. While its mobility is inferior to the terminus, its standard equipment includes a compact feedback system allowing it to be operated by almost any pilot. It is equipped with a number of heavy weaponry systems.

Ok sorry if there's a topic where this should go I didn't see it. I've noticed some things about this. There was much more then two homing lasers if your refering to what I thing. There were at least 20 I think. It also doesn't mention those cannon things on it's chest. I'll try to find some sort of video showing these things
I also think theEND is a klf because the klf's use the kind of cockpit-pilot interface style like theEND(putting arms in sockets causing them to move, cant explain all that well) while LFO'S use a series of levers and sticks and that kind of stuff.

Not really the place for this but theEnd simply has two homing laser banks which can fire up to an unspecified amount of lasers; the Devilfish was the same way.

A KLF is simply just a military LFO.

Are you reffering to the TypeR 505 Kai? The upgraded version of Sumners 505?

There's also a combat mobile which rides on tracks. The tracked one and the 4 legged one fire homing missles and the other fires laser blasts I think. But i'm not so familiar with the six legged one (?)

If you look back on the first page (and probably the MAHQ page as well), there's pictures of the 4 and 6 legged combat vehicles, taken straight from the official game site, where they are named as such. I believe the Custom designation comes from the official site as well. (Given that TR2 was a pretty low budget looking translation with all the mistakes exposed, I imagine it's similar to how people have confused Gouf Custom/Kai and Wing Zero Custom/Kai)

And for what it's worth, the show's dialogue repeatedly refers to the TheEND as a KLF. Though really, the only non-KLFs in the show are TypeZERO, Wild Boar, and that motorcycle thing. Even the Squad Bike started as a military machine.

Thank you Xandau,

I'm Hunter_R505, I took the Mon-Soono pic and modified the weapons package, It now has two missle pods, so hopefully my tweaking has allowed you to put it in your Eureka Seven section of the Mecha website, which I enjoy reading the summeries of the series.

I have been watching and rewatching several episodes of Eureka Seven on Veoh.com, I have been particularly watching who different episodes, the first one is where the ground forces and UF Air Forces have trapped Gekkostate in a Giant Hanger, at a Abandoned UF Base.

The Ground forces utilized two styles of armor, one was a siege tank, the turret had two massive cannon in it's boxlike turret and was propeled there on four tracks connected to the tanks main body, so the " Legs " of the " Tank " could rear up to provide height as well as a stable platform for the cannon.

The second one, which had the same hull and 4 tracked system had a turret which housed Missles, A full bank of say 24 missles to a carrier. these later carriers can be found firing on the LFOs and Gekko-Go as they attack the Capitol City, to rescue Master Norb.

Also to point out another feature of the Gekko Go, in the SL-1200s Bow, inside what looked like the " eyes " of the ship, where in fact a housing for another defensive armament, Two long missles were shot from the Gekko and at a predetermined point, shed it's outerhull to reveal sub-munitions which promply exploded out infront of the inbound missles and stopped them in their tracks, giving the LFOs and the Gekko Go to strike the missle defenses and get into the city proper. the episode I believe was 35. or 34.
