I noticed there still isn't a section for this short Zeta side-story. So I might as well help make it. I've compiled a list of mecha for it and scanned the mecha explanation pages and grabbed the linearts. Here goes:

AUEG\Karaba:

MSA-003 Nemo
MSZ-006 Zeta Gundam
MSK-008 Dijeh
SE-DJ-1R Dijeh SE-R
Salamis Kai class
Half Zeta Gundam

Titans\Earth Federation:

Half Gundam
RX-178 Gundam Mark II
RGM-79 GM
RMS-106 Hizack
RMS-154 Barzam
Amon Doc

Civilians
RMS-106 Hizack
Junior Mobile Suit

Here's the lineart:
Half Gundam
Half Zeta Gundam Mobile Suit Mode
Half Zeta Gundam Flight Mode
Flight Unit\Shield
Amon Doc on standby
Deployed Amon Doc

I'll begin translating the mecha explanation page of this manga later today and will post descriptions and stats for the Half Gundam, Half Zeta and Amon Doc in the course of the next few days.

Half Gundam

Unit type: close combat mobile suit
Operator: Titans
First deployment: UC 0086
Manufacturer: Earth Federation Forces (Titans)
Accommodation: pilot only, in standard cockpit in torso
Fixed armaments: 2x Vulcan gun, mounted in head; 2 x beam saber, stored in recharge racks in backpack, hand-carried in use
Optional hand armaments: Paint rifle; BOWA*XBR-M-86-C2 beam rifle, power rated at 2.6 MW, powered by replaceable e-pac.

This machine is only mentioned in "Diary of Edgar Edmond Smith", a book published by famous poet Cecilia Madein. According to the book, the Half Gundam was built by the same team that developed the RX-178 Gundam Mark II to serve as the Mk II's partner in test duels. The team's original intent was to recreate the famous Gundam from the One Year War. To that purpose, they gathered all remaining spare parts for the RX-78-2 and used them. Those parts made up about 52% of the Half Gundam and the outer armor was also made to resemble the original, although it lacked the Core Block system.
The Half Gundam never saw actual combat as it was destroyed by the Gundam Mk II in a practice duel using real ammunition shortly before the beginning of the Gryps Conflict.
Many people claim that the "Diary of Edmond Edgar Smith" is a work of fiction and, as such, that the Half Gundam never existed, usually citing the fact that such a machine is never mentioned in any recovered Titans records.

Half Zeta
Unit type: prototype transformable mobile suit
Manufacturer: Anaheim Electronics
Operator: AEUG (Anti-Earth Union Group), Karaba
Accommodation: pilot only, in panoramic monitor/linear seat cockpit in torso
Equipment and design features: shield\flight unit
Fixed armaments: 2 x vulcan gun, mounted in head; 2 x beam saber, stored in recharge racks in hip armor, hand-carried in use.
Optional fixed armaments: 2 x beam rifle, mounted on flight unit, detachable.

As evidenced by the MSA-005 Methuss, Anaheim Electronics had been experimenting with transforming Mobile Suits even before they began work on the Zeta Gundam. The Half Zeta is one of such experimental machines, named so because its wingspan in flight mode was roughly half of the Zeta's.
The Half Zeta's transformation system was extremely simple. In normal mode, the machine carried a large shield with two detachable beam rifles. Flight mode was achieved by attaching the shield to the back of the mobile suit to act as a flight unit. This proved to be a major design fault as the flight unit was too bulky to be easily carried in Mobile Suit mode. In addition, damaged received by the shield in combat tended to greatly affect the Half Zeta's flight capabilities, often rendering it unable to fly at all. One strong point of the design was a modified arm design giving the machine stronger arms to carry the heavy shield\flight unit.
In the end, the Half Zeta was deemed a failed design and was given to Karaba, and later to an AEUG saboteur group. Near the end of the Gryps conflict it was critically damaged in battle with the prototype Mobile Armor Amon Doc while raiding a Titans support convoy.

Amon Doc

Unit type: Newtype use transformable mobile armor
Manufacturer: Earth Federation Forces
Operator: Titans
First deployment: UC 0088
Accommodation: pilot only in panoramic monitor/linear seat cockpit in upper torso.
Equipment and design features: bio-sensor (?)
Fixed armaments: 2 x 60mm vulcan gun, mounted in head; 2 x 2-tube grenade launcher, mounted in forearms; 2 x beam gun, mounted in claw arms and left hands.

The Amon Doc is supposedly the final design that evolved from the NRX-055 Baund Doc prototype. In essence, it was built by joining two Baund Doc units' skirt armor and adding two large claw arms in the place of legs. The Amon Doc was supposedly created to deal with the Baund Doc's two main faults - lack of formidable fixed weapons and extreme vulnerability in Mobile Armor mode.

During its one battle, the Amon Doc allowed its pilot to communicate with the dead - a feature that has never been observed in other Newtype-use mobile suits, leading some to believe that, unlike the Baund Doc, it was equipped not with a Psycommu System, but with Bio-sensor, similar to the one installed in the MSZ-006 Zeta Gundam. Despite the great advantage the system granted in battle, the Amon Doc was destroyed while being transported from a Titans base on the Moon. Its wreckage, however, was never discovered, suggesting, along with its unorthodox design, that it may be a fictional Mobile Armor made up for the "Diary of Edgar Edmond Smith" along with the Half Gundam and Half Zeta Gundam.
