Loved the episode. There was a mailbag question asking about when a Gundam show will move to full CGI for its depictions of mecha - like other shows such as Macross Frontier and Total Eclipse. One thing that you need to consider is that number of unique mecha designs in both Frontier and Eclipse is fairly small - probably less than 10 overall for Frontier and there have only been a handful so far in Eclipse. A Gundam show would go through many model designs, especially if it enters a "monster of the week" phase. Creating these models is both time-consuming and expensive.

I would love to if I have seen it, one of the downsides to Madman's release being delayed currently.

Also just small side note, don't want it to sound like a big thing, but I thought I once submitted a voice mail to the mailbag like 1 1/2 to 2 months back?...
