The Winter Final Gundam arrived in the calm grassy field. The extra armor covering most of the repairs from the last fight, though some, like the leg, could still be seen. "Seems to be cheerier than the last battlefield." Simo said, as a light breeze whooshed passed. He hoped a few tactical changes would help. "Well, at least it's not completely counter to me, like the last one." Simo commented about the last one. as he started to breath in and reach "Off" state.

The Horus Gundam once again descends onto the designated arena for this round as he did before, flapping its wings to hover in the air so Jamil can ascertain the terrain before finally touching ground deftly and as gracefully as possible.

Standing up straight, Jamil eyes his opponent this round with a grin. His last round was quite disastrous to say the least, and he'd like so very much to win this one or lose face forever, as well as decreasing his chances of winning the whole tournament and forfeiting the reason he was fighting in it in the first place. At the least the terrain this time wasn't the inferno that he placed in last time.

"So you're my opponent this round huh?" Jamil said over the loudspeakers, his Gundam's head nodding towards his opponent. "Come on then, let's get on with this. Gundam Fight!" He shouted at the ready while dropping into a stance...

"Ready?" "GO!" as Simo rolled down the hill. He knew that his opponent was a flyer, and he had to take advantage of that. At the bottom of the hill, he braced his rifle on his leg, and started to Line up the sights. The Engineers had made a little add on for just this fight, an add on that would shred the sniper rounds into a shotgun like spray. "I will not resort to that" Simo said as his ground team urged him. His Eyes will not fail this time.

Seeing as Jamil has yet to know what his current opponent's combat style and tactics was, he needed to test it out without exerting too much lest he deals all his cards too early.

As the fight started with the last catch phrase uttered, Jamil sent the Horus Gundam up hovering into the air for a good few second before his thrusters flared and propelled him forward towards the Winter Final Gundam, while drawing his beam pistol out and shot three rounds at it rapidly!

(sorry for the Delay, I had a catastrophic computer problem.)

The Beam pistol pinged a few seconds off, as two of the three beams missed by a second. The third scorched part of the chest armor of the WF Gundam. Simo turned and aimed the Rifle towards the incoming Horus and fired off the Battleship caliber round. Simo knew if the first shot missed, he's know the second shot would be on target, and he would get a hit.

Jamil wasn't stupid not to consider that his opponent might take advantage of his frontal assault, and as the Winter Final Gundam fired its cannon at him, Jamil twists and turn, transforming the Horus Gundam from its regular Fighter Mode into the bird like Falcon Mode, and boosts upwards high into the sky to avoid the shots aimed at him.

"You'll need more than that to hit the Horus!" Jamil shouted with a grunt, the effects of the High Gee maneuver kicking in.

He then makes a quick turn, and flies down towards Winter Final Gundam again while firing a hail of bullets at it with his machine cannons.

"Hmmm..." as [OFF] thinking dose not give witty reply's, Simo was counter-less to the banter. Yet he did have a counter to the Fighter. Simo ran towards the Horus Gundam, Jumped, and tried to grab on the flyer. While jumping, every shot hit, rippling Simo's body with pain, yet the Extra Armor still resisted.

Jamil certainly wasn't expecting the Winter Final Gundam to charge forward and make a jump towards him, and thus the maneuver slightly surprised him enough to make Jamil think of only a few choices how to counter this, none of them evasive though considering his high speed forward momentum.

Thus, he transforms back into Fighter Mode in midair, before deploying and powering up his forearm mounted heat claws that extended forward and began to glow white hot. "See how you like this!" Jamil shouted at his approaching opponent. Once their distance was close, Jamil began to slash wildly at the Winter Final Gundam with his heat claws, one, two, three, four times in quick succession, all the while firing his head vulcans at it to maybe throw of his balance.

With a deep exhale, Simo Mental Math'd the new velocity, almost forgetting the Slashes coming for him. The first hit pop the Arm armor right off. As the second hit was coming in, Simo activated the Halberd and attempted to hook the Horus's blade with his. If it worked, it would send them both to ground level.

The first slash with his claws connected and managed to pop something off, much to Jamil's elation, but the second slash that came right up after it clashes and parries with the newly activated Beam Halberd from the Winter Final Gundam's rifle aside due to the momentum and power behind his slash, and while it doesn't cause their blades of beam and super heated metal, it was enough for Jamil to falter and stop slashing with his heat claws.

Jamil was no fool and knows all to well that even with his Heat Claws generating a natural i-field, the output it was generating would not make the claws last long in a long run. As such, Jamil decides to even the playing field.

As Jamil purposely descends back to ground level, he drew the two long shafts mounted on either side of his hip armor recharge rack and combines them into a Was Staff. At the curved head of the staff, it flips up to reveal a large beam emitter built in it, which them activates and forms a large, wicked looking curved beam scythe blade.

Jamil raises it at the ready, while lowering himself into a stance. "Ready for round two?" Jamil said to the Winter Final Gundam's fighter through the external speakers, clearly challenging and goading him to come get him first...

Simo knew the conventional wont work here, so he tried something new. The WF went limp and fell down the embankment. the several ton machine dropped parts along the way.at the bottom, a little out of view, the Gundam seemingly vanished? As Simo deployed several of the Gundams camouflaging effects. as he watched from below the Fiber Optic net, he slowly reloaded the bolt, waiting for Jamil to follow. he also has a few more things set just in case.
