For those of you who don't read the TftF thread and for whoever is fighting Fritz, he's been having computer problems and hopes to be back this weekend if all goes well.
Also, partly because of that and me waiting for more people to post holding things up longer, and various other things, I'm planning on finally putting up the list of adoptable characters either Sunday or Monday.

Alright, here is the first group of people that can be adopted. If anyone is interested in taking these people over, say so in here and we'll approve 'em. Neo India - Talik ZalunNeo Israel - Raphael EtanNeo Pakistan - Samiir Muhammad RanaNeo England - Karl Franz the IIIThose four have all been untouched for quite some time, so once we approve them, you can start posting as them as soon as you like. There are also four more countries (Ryūkyūs, Greece, Spain, and Finland, FYI) that I'm not putting up for adoption just yet, as those people posted more recently are mainly were waiting because their fights in the last round either ended quickly or didn't go off at all, so I'm giving them an extra chance to come back. Everone on this list got a PM, but the first four people aren't getting the extra time. Also, after much delay, I'll get posts up for Luxembourg, Canada, and America up shortly. Just bear with me for the next week or so since I just started classes, so I may be a bit slow in responding with a decent RP.

You can take over whichever one of those that are left that you want to control, it's not a huge deal to me which gets taken care of. Right now, we've still got the following four up for adoption. Neo India - Talik ZalunNeo Pakistan - Samiir Muhammad RanaNeo Ryūkyūs - Makii KuninakaNeo Finland - Simo VäinämöinenSo all four of those are still or now open for those who want them. I'll leave them up for adoption 'till likely the middle of next week, at which point, if any are still left, we'll figure out how the hell we want to handle them (The options of which aren't very good  ).
