Ahh... If I still had my GW ost collection, but alas, I do not have it any longer. I may be able to find it, but it'll take me a while.

It's on the Gundam Wing Operation 3 OST CD, named "Who Will Give Their Life".

It's called "A Life Burning for Someone". Funny that it played right after Relena called out Heero's name in trademark fashion .
