Who is going to Otakon?

I will be heading to the US for Otakon this year (then going on to London for Worldcon), and I'm wondering who else here is going? Maybe we can meet up?

While I'm there, does anyone know of any good anime, comics, RPG or general SF/Fantasy shops in Baltimore or Washington DC?
