Best Way to hire a mecha concept artist?

As I stated in my intro post, I'm the co-owner of an indie developer. We are currently looking for a character and mecha artist for an announced game. We have some concept art that we've commissioned. I see alot of talented artists in the art section but I don't want to be pushy and ask directly.

So my base question is, what is the best way to go about hiring/finding a concept artist and character artist? Is anyone here available to discuss it?
