I hate to be a bother and I cannot find the offtopic sticky mentioned in the general discussion rules. I have a serious question for the guy and I have been trying to find a way to contact him. So I was hoping maybe someone here might know how I can get in touch with the guy?

You could have checked his website. And he is a member here, so you could go that route and PM him.

yeah I tried emailing him but I have not heard back so I am unsure if he still checks that email.
