Here is the Moe' Madness that is my Desktop. It's rather easy to use, and makes your desktop look really nice with the correct modules, layout, and background. Simple Photoshop for the rest (You could really just use MS Paint for the stuff I do.) Another thing I've tried experimenting with is combining Win7's default Themes system with it too, and it can turn out really well sometimes. I figured I might as well add some to discussion to this otherwise it'd just be a variant of the Random Image Thread. So; Desktop Customization tips/questions/etc. go!
