Upon researching this MS I came across this...
"Its main armament, the long blade rifle, can also be equipped with 2 booster-type shields, which increase its linear motions (standard booster shields), attack ability (micromissiles) or defense ability (spray beam shield."
Can anyone verify this or actually supply a picture to this; As it is not listed in the Mahq profile.
Secondly in the Mahq profile it states...
The spread beam guns installed in the front skirt armor
Are they underneath the the skirt armor and swing out, or mounter in the waist area of the skirt armor?
Third (Even though this is a better topic for the anime & manga section I thought it might be simpler to ask it here). Is the Advance of Zeta: The Flag of Titans available in english and if so where can I find a copy?
ORX-005 Gaplant TR-5 [Hrairoo]

1's never shown on the finished Hrairoo version in art, but rather the older Fiver Core Unit versions of it (though, in the end those are Hrairoo too). It pops up in the HGUC Hrairoo/Hazel combinations too, if someone has the manual scanned.
As for 2, they're the circles up near the top of the skirt armour. Oddly enough, they come from Gabthley, which we've never seen to use its skirt armour circles as scattering cannons before. Go figure.

I'm pretty sure those were equipped to the arms and not the weapons. Although I could be mistaken.DeltasTaii wrote:1's never shown on the finished Hrairoo version in art, but rather the older Fiver Core Unit versions of it (though, in the end those are Hrairoo too). simply go to this forum:
http://z7.invisionfree.com/Titans_Test_ ... hp?act=idx
and this database:
http://www.mechascientific.com/
both links go hand-in-hand. The forum has 'episode' summaries, and the the site has a database with several informative lineart for the Hrairoo plus the other mecha of AoZ.
specifically:
to see just how the Hrairoo can equip the long-blade rifle:
http://dalong.net/review/hg/h73/h73_p.htm
also:

and possibly the micromissiles are shown here as part of the booster shield:

scroll through the pics and you will see, should answer some questions.

the later two pics and any similar looking ones you will find come in issues of Dengeki Hobby Magazine when any new unit was introduced into the story. The artist who draws them, Kenki Fujioka, provides how every part of the machine works cuz its a photo novel; wont get to see clearly without animation.
