Correct. The exact line ran along the lines of "So we're setting the Windam to full boost? These Phantom Pain guys are nuts!"
IIRC, it was right before either the battle in the Indian Ocean or the one in the Dardanelles, I'm not sure which.

Hmm....I forgot on which forum I was on, but I recall some other people mentioning the same thing but then being told by someone else that line about improved boost for Neo's Windam was a misinterpretation.
Can anyone cite an episode for this reference? I'm fairly sure it's in the late 'teens or early 20's, so if someone can point me in the right direction I'll check out what the DVD dialogue/subtitles have to say about the matter ...
