Has there been any confirmation as to where the learning computer was installed on MS? And was it ever used again? I imagine ALICE would be a more advanced version of it but that's the only similar tech I can think of.

The original Gundam's learning computer was in the Core Fighter, since that allowed them to preserve the data if the Gundam was ever destroyed.
