Anyone has any idea where this comes from? Is it as obscure as the Barzam's Grenade Launcher or a brand new Katoki design? Perhaps from the DOME-G short...

I knew i had seen it before. It's from the old 1/100 B-club Sazabi kit. Called jus Long Rifle

Ah, thanks for answering the question I was going to ask at some point. Definitely prefer the Shot-Rifle more, but this looks pretty awesome too.

It's officialy called Long Beam Rifle. Source is model box

Since this is a Ver. Ka don't expect the manual to have any relevant info on it...

You might be surprised. After all, the FA Unicorn Ver.Ka revealed that the hyper beam javelin was modeled after the beam javelin included in the old Clover-made DX Gundam set.
