Even though I know that a good chunk of people here already know of the place for those who don't know feel free to come and check it out and join in on some of the fun.
Gundam Plus
The big thing that we just started yesterday was some of the "favorites of 2006" threads in the movie, tv, games, anime and models/MSIA areas.
Hope to see you there in the threads.

With the loss of Gundam Plus many of the former members are heading to the Gundam Plus Refuge over on Gameshift in order to keep in touch and continue being able to chat about all things Gundam
Everyone here is more than welcome to also head over and join in as well.

The server got hacked but after Vile(the owner of the site) thought he had fixed it the hosting company canceled the service without notice and killed the site.
As far as anyone knows, all data is sadly lost.

Then it went away again. 
However, over the past few weeks I began toying with idea of setting up a GundamPlus type site and forum on my own.
Vile gave me his blessing to do such and now I'm happy to say that the new forum is up, literally today.
Feel free to come by and check it out. The actual website itself should be up by the end of the week as I hammer out all the linking and the whatnot.

Site wide, the screen is stretched out like when someone makes a post here that caused one line of text to keep going instead of starting a new line, but from what I can see, there is no object that is causing this horizontal stretch. I am using the 1024x768 res on my monitor BTW.
Other than that it looks good considering the stage we are at.

Thank you. I'm by no means a web guru as this is really the 2nd site I've played with but I really do hope people visit and enjoy the it once I hammer out all the bugs.

I admire Gundam Plus even more now! That website has dealt with so many hackings and destroyed databases and fallen forums and such its amazing that you guys still try to keep it going. Most websites/forums would've given up by now, but a drive like that is a rare gem to find in this "fading" fandom.
As far as reviews go, the forums I head have lots of Model and Figure reviews. I also know that Gundam Board in Action!! has lots of figure reviews (far more than we have on my forums) and if you'd like that information, I'd be more than willing to help in that department!
PM me, Nimrod, if you need more info. Gundam Plus was and still should be a very valuable resource for Gundam fans. I'll do everything in my power to help it back on its feet.

I know posts indicating updates are generally frowned upon but I'm going against the grain in this case.
Old school Gundam Plus members will recall that long ago Audio made a comic about some of the IRC and forum regulars and posted it. Feared to have been lost Char came through and sent them over to me and I've posted them on the site. Check it out and join in on the laughs.

I looked at the comic; only about 20% of it made me laugh; probably because I'm not familiar with the community.
I tried to visit gunplus a while back after seeing this thread... good to see the site is back up. I'll have to give it a look-see.
Also (off topic and after-the-fact) I realize that my PM might be overly formal... I'd just finished writing a paper when I got on, so my voice was likely a bit stiff. ~__~
