After TT Hongli launched an attack of bootleg ELS kits in the Char's counterattack server, Hana Ban Ban Cafe faces more challenges both from other Gunpla Builders and Bandai itself. A Gunpla Meister named Boss Chief shows up and blows away ELS units with his Turn-X's Moonlight Butterfly. Rap is in a hospital, with his twin brother appearing out of nowhere and uses his alias. Three boys using Seed Gundams appear and challenge the Hana Ban Ban team. And a mysterious man starts a server Taklamakan Desert with waves of OZ mobile suits coming.
