I had a realization that my attempt at my Pariahs fanfic was going to be a lot more difficult and taxing than I originally thought; mainly because I was overcompensating for GSD's story flop.
Now a year later I've given the story an overhaul. Soon I'm going to start uploading it to DA and posting links and extra information here.
Since it's still a work-in-progress, I can only reveal a few things on here until I do get to posting it.
Now, for my little intro:
The Bloody Valentine Wars; two conflicts which enacted heavy costs and nearly annihilated humanity in drives for power. When the dust settled the world seemed to realize how horribly close they were to their own demise. Some nations - under the Earth Alliance - decided to abandon plans of eliminating the Coordinators to focus on reconstruction and strengthening their alliances. New slogans and propaganda praised a new Earth Alliance that sought peace and understanding.
In the years after the Bloody Valentine Wars, a new global superpower was born in the form of the Union of Earth Sphere Nations. Their directive: to bring all of the Earth Sphere into a mutual cooperation for the benefit of humanity in the hopes of eliminating war altogether.
Now, in the Year 78 of the Cosmic Era, the Alliance and Union governments are now poised against each other as try strive for total control of the Earth Sphere and a new Cold War begins.

-Deep Space Survey and Development Organization unveils the Voiture Lumiere Drive System to be used on ships traveling long distances through space.
-Eurasia and Orb create the Union of Earth Sphere Nations: an alliance based on mutual cooperation.
CE 78-Equatorial Union and Kingdom of Scandinavia sign into the UESN.
-Martian scientists are brought in to develop a gene therapy to counter the 3rd-Generation sterility problem in Coordinators.
-Fighting in African-occupied Arabia spurs the UESN into dispatching forces to stop the fighting and removing Africa's grip over the region.
MAIN ARMED FACTIONS UNION OF EARTH SPHERE NATIONS: Hyuga-class
A new single-hulled escort carrier built to support the Takemikazuchi-class carriers of the Orb Fleet. The Hyuga can carry up to six standard mobile suits or eight Murasame units. Its smaller size also makes it faster and more maneuverable. Only a handful of these vessels have been produced since the formation of the Union.

A redesigned version of the M11C used by the Orb Forces. This new variant has had a cosmetic upgrade with much of the armor plating having been trimmed or redesigned to be more aerodynamic and more closely applied to the frame of the unit. This decreases the weight increasing speed. The beam rifle was also redesigned to be smaller and more efficient. The M11E does not incorporate the swing-wing design of the new M11D Murasame of the regular Orb Forces. A number of units are produced exclusively for the new STRIKE.
EARTH ALLIANCE: Mobile WeaponsModel Number: GAT-04C
Name: Windam Bloc III (C-type)
The C-type Windam is the latest upgrade package. More simplified joint mechanics make movements quicker and smoother. Service upgrades to the energy distribution systems to the weapons make them more efficient decreasing the taxing on the main batteries. The new standard beam rifle is smaller than the original model but doesn’t sacrifice much in terms of output.

Name: Destroid Windam
With the Alliance forces undergoing various changes and upgrades to their current forces, there was an opening for a ground-based unit capable of going up against both standard and aerial mobile suits and weaponry. The backpack of this Windam variant is built to mount a number of weapon systems. Arm weapons include a short-range gatling cannon and a long-range beam rifle. The hardpoints near the shoulders can be used to mount missile launchers and grenade launchers. The feet are also modified with retractable heavy tires to give the Destroid Windam added mobility on land.
Vehicles & Support CraftThunderbird-class
An aerial battleship shaped like a giant wing, the Alliance sought its design as an alternative to the Archangel-class. With multiple anti-ground, sea, and air armaments and an internal hangar, the Thunderbird is capable of launching assaults with heavy firepower, mobile suits and support craft. It's mobility makes it more suited to responding to crisis situations as a formidable force multiplier.
Archangel-class
The introduction of the Thunderbird was believed to be the final stake that killed the Archangel project altogether as there was little need for such a ship. As a result, the Archangel-class undergoes several changes and is put into a limited-production basis. The refit is longer than the original. The mobile weapons capacity was increased and a third Gottfried cannon was added behind the bridge tower. The Valiant cannons have been replaced by smaller two-barrel versions that can fire at a higher rate than their predecessors.
