Incidentally, what are the rules on posting drafts or "fragments" of stories? Are stories/chapters supposed to be relatively complete when we post them here, or can we post incomplete ones that we want advice on?

Fragments of stories are cool, as long as you've got some writing to post. I just don't want the section clogged up with a bunch of threads that just toss out "ideas" that never go anywhere because the author wants a story without having to write it.
