Well if it's to be done, The Chief would only be able to use Setsuna here at MT since Dark Duel is currently using the 00 portion.

Actually, there is nothing stopping The Chief from having the same avatar as anyone else. It can be (And it usually is) extremely annoying when two people have the same avatar, but it's not against the rules.
