Huhtis entertains - UPDATED 31/10 - stuff
My goodness... If the M/MS-47 Gundam project M had been in the Franken contest, I would have voted for it... That thing looks like a BEAST! I get a distinct Psyco Gundam vibe off of it, in a good way. Besides, it shot down Strike Freedom, and that gives it extra brownie points right there. It feels a little lightly armed for a SEED suit, especially when compared to the Psyco Gundam, which for UC was absolutely bristling with weaponry, but that's not neccessarily a bad thing.
Don't call it a comeback...
...in fact, it's best if you forget I was ever here before.

Thanks for comments, added updated "Fox-A" I did quickly when i was bored.
@Ascension
I personally think I did Martian gundam a little bit too dark (or atleast in my display it looks dark, not maybe in others).
As for weapons I dont like to play with too much weaponry and try to keep it minimal, and I HATE HUGE BACKPACKS!
Well I maybe overdid the backpack thingie in "Fox A-type"

Coming up soon (15 to 45 minutes): Ye olde english mobile suits
During CE74 summer, United Kingdom left Eurasian federation and started developing mobile suit forces...
BAE 01-A Galwas
http://img464.imageshack.us/img464/875/msbae02axk0.png
First British-built MS to serve in UKFMF. It had only one beam saber stored in left hand and 6 grenades mounted on hips, hand carried weapons consisted of salvaged ZAFT 76mm MMI-M8A3 machineguns and EAF M703K beam carbines. 16 of these units were manufactured, of which 10 were refitted to Galwas B types and rest were used as training units.
BAE 02-B Galwas B Armor type
http://img120.imageshack.us/img120/8370 ... 2chaj8.png
Galwas B rolled out May CE76 after whole year of redesigning. Armed with 125mm Linear carbine, and 76mm anti-ms vulcan, mounted in backpack. Improvised Chobham-armor and longer lasting battery were added. 320 Galwas B types were built during next 3 years.
Pilot suit
http://img120.imageshack.us/img120/2263 ... uitnz1.png
Members of UKFMF 2nd recon team. Unit used 01-A Galwas types and had one Salvaged and modified Windam as fast recon unit.
http://img378.imageshack.us/img378/1194 ... coypb2.png
Next up: Gelgoogs?
ZGMF-79 GelGoog Raider
GelGoog Raider, developed by Integrated Design Bureau, was first deployed February CE 81. Armed with High-energy beam rifle; grenade launcher, mounted in rifle; Beam gun, mounted in left arm; beam shield, mounted in right arm; and two Beam katanas, stored in hip armor. GelGoog Raiders great speed and armor combined with great variety of high range to melee and low-range weapons, made it fearsome unit in battlefield. Its only flaw was its size at 22 metres, which made it vulnerable as other factions started fielding miniature-sized MS
Standard colors, no armaments:
http://img378.imageshack.us/img378/996/ ... derwp0.png
Custom unit of Hawke-squadron´s commander, Fully armed.

And last; Evil villainous heinous EAF units
GAT-04L Windam L
http://img152.imageshack.us/img152/8727 ... amlin5.png
Designed to replace older Dagger L and Windam units, Windam L is small upgrade to working Windam design. Can be armed with Beam carbine or Special carbine, designed for urban warfare, it fires 75mm high velocity piercing rounds or high explosive rounds. Shield is redesigned to smaller and has Beam claw mounted in it. Cockpit armor is also reinforced.
GAT-S02-RS Recon Dagger
http://img242.imageshack.us/img242/791/ ... 2rswb3.png
Dagger designed for long range infiltration and scouting, differs from N Dagger N with its lack of mirage colloid, but has specially designed cooling system, greater manouverability and mobility compared to any dagger units fielded. Armed with two heat katanas, shieldmounted grenades and recon probes.
And thats all of ´em, Hope you like!

That Luftwaffe Kaempfer is pure gold. Great stuff.
I love the Galwas-B too. It has a nice sort of real military vibe going for it that's lacking in a lot of mobile suits, especially from SEED... Wonderful MS.
The 'goog is a pretty good SEED-izing as well.

Long time no updates!
Lets jam!
Redesign of Salamis-class battlecruiser.
EFFS BC-87 Fuerza, Earth Federal combined fleet, Loum sector, beginning of the war
http://img142.imageshack.us/img142/7152 ... gn1zr0.jpg
hoping to redo Magellan-class battleship soon
ZGMF-79 GelGoog Raider interceptor type
Basic GelGoog Raider with improved mobility, firepower and agility thanks to it´s improved thruster control and combined Beam vulcan/booster backpack.
http://img142.imageshack.us/img142/5780 ... ersjx1.png
ZGMF-10-03 Freedom assault buster type
Designed from old design of Freedom gundam, three of these were build for anti-fleet combat.
Armed with two high-powered beam guns, two railguns, grenadelauncher-equipped beam rifle and beam shield, it was designed mainly for anti-fortress / anti-fleet battles. Hi-Mat system was removed, Expensive eye-sensors were replaced with visor and phase shift and armor was reduced or removed from some parts of MS,

and here´s something I draw some months ago:

They look good, but I think for your Freedom, both of the Beam Cannons should either be between or outside of the wings instead of having one between and one on the outside of the left wing.

That revamped Salamis...utter kickass. If I had to score the White Base against that new Salamis for coolness...the Salamis would win hands down. Excellent work. Also, good work on the Gelgoog and modified Freedom. But the Salamis takes the cake.

For today I have been testing doing extreme weathering with photoshop, first I only did some battle damage and added lighting and darkening.
Then I tried doing chipped off paint and all nifty stuff
here is first results of todays testing:
http://img214.imageshack.us/img214/5263 ... est0vu.jpg
MS14-F Gelgoog marine - 89 during Operation Stardust with its distinctive red forehead and commander type shield
About unit:
MS14-F Gelgoog marine unit 89, completed 26th Dec. 0079 at A Baoa Qu production line. Unit was given to LTJG Janus Bobrikoff, old ace with 13 confirmed kills who had piloted Zaku II F2 before it was heavily damaged at battle of Solomon, where he scored 4 kills week earlier. Marine unit 89 was assigned with its pilot to 32nd Combat battalion, 2nd regiment of Zeonic Marine corps. Unit 89 survived from A Baoa Qu and its pilot scored atleast 8 kills against Federation forces. Unit participated in guerilla warfare against Federation forces during next years and finally unit 89 and its pilot went MIA year UC0083 during operation Stardust with 49 confirmed MS kills and one confirmed Salamis-class.

Eurasia´s answer to EAF and ZAFT miniature mobile suits, while it had no official name it was just called "Eighteen". Compared to other small-scale MS, 18 is by far slowest. While it has higher quality Beam shield and Beam carbine, and uses improved frame concept.

Thanks for all the comments!
Im going to keep for some time now a little break from original designs
and focus on my current infinity-project - Little red book of Gelgoogs
Thus far I´ve gotten ready 3 Gelgoogs (All of them are marine-types though) with their different loadouts and special characterics (some custom weapons, battle damage etc.) and 2 pilots. Main goal is 7-10 Gelgoogs (marine types, Jaeger-type, A, B-types) from different factions (Cima fleet, Chimera corps, After war Zeon republic, After war mercenaries/Contractors etc.)
and 4 pilots and for all these short description of campaigns, kills and characterics.
