And you're right, My bad about the colors. Bryant, You've got three choices: Solid purple (in the spirit of the vayeate and Mercurius), Epyon's colors, or GM command. No idea why, but those are the colors that stuck in my head when I look at the lineart.

PS. Not sure, but does a color clarification count as another request? Mods, help please!

Since it's been two weeks since the original posting of my request (not the ones clarifying the request), here's my next request. I'm going on a trip for 12 days, so I'd figure I'd put this up already.

What I would like is a redesign of a franken that was originally made by Deathpony, who I have not seen in quite some time.

Head: Either virgo or the Mercurius' one with the face shield up.
Chest: GPO2A Physalis
Lower body: the hips and lesgs of the Stamen, as well as the lower verniers.
Backpack: If possible, Sazabi's funnel racks. If not, whatever works.
Arms: whatever you like. Not too picky on this one.
Shoulders: This is the tricky one, and why I'm referencing Deathpony. Deathpony made a shoulder that is a combination of the virgo 1's and the GP02A's shoulder thrusters. Please check the link to his Franken for a general idea.

Alright I waited on doing this one since you were going out of town. Here is the line art. I haven't colored it yet since I would rather have you sign off on it first, and well you didn't state a color scheme.

Why is it that your takes on mobile suits are good lookin'? How do you really do them?

Photoshop, and the gundam art books of the original line art. I shift, reshape, and sometimes completely redraw parts to make the line art look like it was drawn that way. Then I typically try to hand color, and shade them completely myself, then if I remember I add a little pixel noise since it is the off color pixels in the images that make them look like official images. That, and well I love mobile suits. Corny I know, but all of us here do, otherwise we wouldn't dream these things up.

My take on the Seraphim, honestly I don't like it at all. It is a knock off of EW Wing Zero, with the wings half chopped off, and the wings themselves are too small to in able flight. It honestly looks like a rip off of Katokai's Wing version Ka with out the better wings.

Not a mod, but, since I am doing the art work, it wasn't a completed request, since I was asking for the color before I colored it. I'll work on it tomorrow, probably gonna crash shortly.

Again I thank Bryant for the wonderful Orb Lesseps earlier as well as the JG Petrie, they are great. But now it is time to ask for a couple of more requests.

This is another Lesseps recolor, though instead of the Original Military version would like the Junk Guild version. This time recolor it in the colors of the Peacemillion from Wing Gundam. Since MAHQ doesn't have a colored lineart here is some images from AboutGundamWing. 1 2 3 4 Basically just repaint it in all-white with some black highlights here and there. Thank you in advance.

I just realized that you have done even better than I had previously thought. The example I gave you for the shoulders had the defensors in a single shoulder only, like the first virgo. I left it at that because I thought it would be easier for you. Instead, you actually gave me what I really wanted, and gave me Virgo 2 defensors! THANK YOU!!!

Damn, that's awesome Zerg! I do try myself but always ended up in a failure (anything with simple shades of color such as GINN, ZAKU, some warship...fail indeed)

There's a PS2 game out there called MS Saga. It's basically a SD gundam RPG, but it does have the feature of allowing you to customize your suits. Here's one combo/franken I would have loved to have.

The head and cannons of a GM Cannon II
Legs of the H8 Gouf flight type
Claws and forearms of the Z'gok
Shoulders of the Nu gundam
Chest and skirt of the GPO3 Stamen
and finished with a light blue and black paint job.

As always, if you need to change out some parts to make it flow better, go right ahead. For example, the thigh may have to be changed into a more angular one.
Also, if Bryant wants to take a crack at this, I would love to see the Zgok hand fitted to a more angular/federation-style forearm.

and on that note, I'm headed to bed. Night.

Here is the first request, partially. I say partially since I didn't do it completely to spec since I had to ask you a question. I don't know how much model painting you have done, but my guess is the green parts will be translucent in the kit. The only way to make them look right with paint will probably be to primer them, paint them silver, then paint them with a red candy coating (I think the name of it is candy, but it is a clear paint that puts a tone over something.) Since I don't know if you are going to do all that, I left the parts green for you to decide. If you want me to red them, let me know.

And I will be using clear paint to paint them.They will probably be really dark,but that's the way I want it.If it doesn't look right,I will be applying silver paint,and then the red paint.
So make them red if you can.If not,go back to bed or take your medicine
Edit:And no,no primer...Primer too much of a hassle...I hate my spray paints...
Edit 2:And yes,candy coat.Or something like that.I just remember the candy part.I don't do much painting(and no successes...I rush too much...hopefully not this time),but I do some research.
Edit 3:Dang that is a lot of yellow/gold XD I may have to reach a compromise between the 2 requests XD
Edit 4:By the way....just so you know...I won't have much trouble on anything BUT the clear parts on the weapons.For some reason,the clear pieces on the actual mobile suit are clear.No color.Maybe Bandai did it so it would be easier to customize?
