Mm-mmm. Damn, you're good. I can only wonder, however, where on Earth the G-3 lineart came from; I've searched far and wide for it, but couldn't find anything other than models and Okawara's original.
Oh, well. Thanks a bunch, anyways.

I wasn't sure if by "backpack" you meant the wings and the weapons, or just the wings, so I did both.Gardner1701 wrote:#1: The Strike Rouge (Kira's colors) with the Destiny's Backpack

I meant the arms, legs, and the skirt from the Victory...sorry. ^^;
The V.I. Gundam looks good on your first attempt
But those two S.D. Gundams rocked.
(V.I./I.V. = Victory Impulse (or Impulse Victory) Gundam (which name catches your fancy?)
(S.D. = Strike Destiny Gundam)

No, it's my fault for not reading carefully enough. Fixed.Gardner1701 wrote:I meant the arms, legs, and the skirt from the Victory...sorry. ^^;
"Impulse Victory" seems more appropriate, but either one is fine.(which name catches your fancy?)

Re: Custom Lineart Request Thread #5
Just to confuse everybody, can I have a Zaku II commander version colored blue like the gouf custom?? =D
"This is no Zak--oh, wait...."
And...I guess while I have the floor can I have the Simmon's art Kampfer colored in Sazabi red?
Thanks much. =o

Re: Custom Lineart Request Thread #5
My request this time:
A Strike Gundam with the Gale Strike's face and a Force Silhouette (without beam sabers) in Gale Strike colors (no lighter blue except the face). On the Force pack change the red to orange and the black the lighter blue.
Also (I don’t know if this counts as a separate request, but it won’t matter) could someone please recolor a picture of Strike’s shield to the one on the Gale Strike’s back?
Thanks in advance.

Re: Custom Lineart Request Thread #5
Yeah, I figured it'd be a lot harder than it sounded. They look excellent though. The Zaku is near indistinguishable from a Gouf. I think I may want to recolor a more badass looking model though. I'll try that myself later.
Thanks for enduring all that hardship at my whim, Strike. Your suffering sustains me. =3

Re: Custom Lineart Request Thread #5
That was actually a joke. Apparently, it didn't work. =P The Zaku only took all of sixty seconds, and the Kampfer only slightly longer. Sometimes (actually, most of the time), that good old "adjust hue" tool comes in mighty handy.Seraphic wrote:Yeah, I figured it'd be a lot harder than it sounded.Strike Zero wrote:10,000 hours in Photoshop.

Are we allowed to change a request that hasn't been answered before our two weeks are up?

Re: Custom Lineart Request Thread #5
Yes, we'd prefer it if you wait for two weeks before changing your request, in case somebody is working on it and just hasn't said so. The point of these limits is so we don't have people taking advantage of the generosity of people who take requests.
And Gardner, seeing as how the only thing you do here is hang around the art section and bug people for requests, please remember that nobody is obligated to take your requests.

You don't have to rub salt on my wounds (or in this case...alcohol...since I've got wounds, already). As I stated, I'm terrible at this sort of thing. If you don't believe me, then I'll post you what I've got for a franken (I am good on recolors)
My first attempt...what do you think?

It is actually not that bad, but if you want to start posting your own work here, you should start your own thread for it so this one doesn't get clogged up.
