The newest episode of Gundamn! features one of the biggest pieces of MAHQ news in recent years: the creation of two new podcasts. Gundamn! has been running for over three years now, and the time has come to broaden our horizons. The first of the shows, Chaos Theater, will debut in January. Hosted by TOMOPOP's Pedro Cortes and I, the show will be a sort of throwback to the old days of FAHQ, covering general anime, video games, sci-fi and fantasy. The goal is to cover everything that you wouldn't find on Gundamn! and make them as different as possible. The show will initially be monthly and then switch to twice a month, with episodes releasing in Gundamn's off weeks. You can follow the show on Twitter, and a Mecha Talk subforum will be up soon.
The second show, as yet untitled, will premiere sometime in the spring. Hosted by TOMOPOP's Andres Cerrato, this monthly podcast will be entirely about Gunpla, general mecha plamo and toys. The show will feature news, reviews, modeling tips and more. There are still many details to be worked out for this show, but more will be announced once those details are finalized. It should be obvious, but to be clear anyway, the creation of these new shows will have no impact on Gundamn! As our flagship show, it will continue running the same as before, save that there are now two additional shows in the mix. I hope you will be as excited to listen to these new shows as I am to create them.
