Re: Chaos Theater Mailbag Drop Box

Quick question, followed by a segway question, followed by the big question. Have you guys ever heard of the book series Redwall by Brian Jacques? My personal favorite book series, started at book one when it first came out and read them as they released. My Wheel of Time, you could say. Have you ev...

Re: JoJo's Bizarre Adventure - Series One (Anime Series)

Well, this arc has come to an end. And it was brilliant. However, a thought crossed my mind that I'm sure did so before, but I never spent the time to dwell on it. Speedwagon must have beat himself up for the rest of his life for not going with Jonathan on that boat. He wanted to give them some spac...

Re: Avril Lavigne's One Piece Themes

I'm not against this, not exactly for it, but as long as the film is Oda-approved I could care less who does theme songs for it. Though I don't expect this to be a Love Lives Space Battleship Yamato moment.

Re: JoJo's Bizarre Adventure - Series One (Anime Series)

Koyasu's WRYYYY is really, really, really awesome. Looking forward to it every time. Zeppeli was every bit as awesome as expected, and finally getting to see the Hamon animated was amazing. Wasn't sold on Erina's design in the Manga, but the Anime does a good job of making her look normal, so my opin...

Re: JoJo's Bizarre Adventure - Series One (Anime Series)

Man that second episode was beast! Actually seeing Dio being accosted in animated form was amazing. Especially how the Jojo Vampires drink blood.

And that op is awesome. Loving that. So much.

Speedwagon was everything I wanted him to be, and now, I'm waiting for Zepelli!

Re: JoJo's Bizarre Adventure - Series One (Anime Series)

Not to my knowledge. He wasn't in the arcade game, and since the OVA series was about Jotaro, he didn't appear there either. Even most fanworks that I've seen don't have him. Wonder who they will pick? Wakamoto wouldn't be a bad choice. Though I want Nobuyuki Hiyama to voice someone, preferably Kaky...

Re: JoJo's Bizarre Adventure - Series One (Anime Series)

I've been here long enough to know better than to bring those up. :D I really hope they do. Would be almost a crime not to make it there. Supposing they do, wonder who they'll choose for Joseph and Jotaro, or if they'll just use the same seiyuu. Makes me almiost wish they would skip ahead. Although,...

Re: The Official Mazinger Z 40th Anniversary Thread

Niiiice. Kouji Kabuto is to this day still one of my favorite mecha characters. And Mazinger Z was amazing, so I'll have to pick that up.

To this day still wind up randomly making the Breast Fire pose.

Re: JoJo's Bizarre Adventure - Series One (Anime Series)

Nah, in this case, it's actually legit. Davidproduction, who helped animate the first episode, had a livestream of it, and a OVA that was completely unrelated that they were working on. I was planning on watching it then, but had to work late. At least I would assume it's legit, since they helped ma...

Re: JoJo's Bizarre Adventure - Series One (Anime Series)

Awesome! Haven't seen it yet, but I've been hoping it would live up to the excellent Manga, and it sounds like I won't be disappointed! Thanks Soul Bro!

One thing though, does it have the incredibly weird yet awesome posing?

Re: Say Mecha Talk, Lets Have a Brave Series Topic!

I gotta say, loved Might Gaine, been forever since I've seen Goldran, but I enjoyed it, and Dagwon was pretty interesting, but.... "DIVIDING DRIVER!!!" Guy Shishioh and GaoGaiGar won my heart. I could watch that combination sequence for hours. And Nobuyuki Hiyama was AMAZING as Guy. Or Gai...

Re: Create the next Gundam TV Series

You know, we talk about male or female, and the differences, or lack thereof it would cause(Nice post BTW, Shadow), but you know what we haven't had in Gundam? An Alien main character. And I'm ignoring Delta Astray, because even though he was an alien, technically, that was mostly forgotten as the s...

Re: The Official Gundam AGE Anime Thread AGE-9

Nah. As long as Nadesico is in the game, it wouldn't be hard at all. Enter a tulip, and bam. SRW J timeskipping. However, I was thinking more along the lines of just Gen 3. Won't go into too much depth since this isn't the Game or SRW section of the site, but, here's a basic idea. -AGE Gen 1, Flit i...

Re: The Official Gundam AGE Anime Thread AGE-9

I will have to play this game at some point. Doesn't excuse AGE's problems, but I enjoy a good JRPG, and AGE would make a good game, in my opinion. Especially if you can switch out the various parts for the AGEs. I am actually really excited to see AGE in a SRW game now. Kio and Kira will get along....

Re: Create the next Gundam TV Series

For another thing I want to see, the Char's clone will use different style of disguise. Either luchador mask, or paint his face in wrestler style. For bonus point, lets make him medicore pilot, but can make Master Asia proud by KNOCKING GUNDAM DOWN WITH LARIAT! "Only wimp need MS to perform la...

Re: Gundam Characters You wish that Survived>

I'm an odd duck(Or so my girlfriend says, mainly because she didn't want anyone to die in V), but a good story isn't good, in my opinion, without some character death, with few exceptions. WIth that in mind, a few that I saw no reason they should have died, for their death did almost nothing to the ...

Re: Create the next Gundam TV Series

Personally, I want to see an actual war. A small group of soldiers forcing their way into enemy territory to take out a enemy commander. Sort of what 08th MS Team tried to do, but continue the fierce struggle against enemies, using cover, ambushes and the like. Alternatively, let us see more of the ...

Re: The Official Gundam AGE Anime Thread AGE-9

Well, finally get internet at my new house, come back to the forums, and finish Age. ...Well. That was an ending. Not the worst ending I've ever seen, and I really liked the development Flit got, but... I dunno. Doesn't feel like anything was accomplished. Flit was an interesting character the whole...

Re: The Official Gundam AGE Anime Thread AGE-7

It is interesting to note that Flit hated the UE, but didn't really go into his Dalek mode until Yurin. So, question must be raised.

Had Yurin lived, would Flit be genocidal?
