I only have four - F91, Reborns/Cannon, Strike Freedom, and RX-78-2 (just arrived in the mail today).
Of the four, I'd say F91 is my favorite, followed by RX-78-2. I like the other two as well, though Strike Freedom feels a little fragile to me.

Re: anyone abroad?
I'm not currently abroad, nor have I lived anywhere other than Canada - however, I can understand (to a MUCH smaller extent I'm sure) how you're feeling. I was in Japan for three weeks on my own, and while it was a ton of fun and I'd do it again, I did start to long for someone to talk to who could ...

Gundam posters?
Hello, I was looking around at various Gundam forums and came across this picture: http://img218.imageshack.us/img218/2391/dpozpf5.jpg It looks like it came from a magazine as a fold out - does anyone by any chance recognize it? If so, can you remember which magazine and issue it is from? I'd love t...

Re: Robot Damashii Stand
Thanks, I'll take a look and see if these are there for my other Damashii (Reborns/Cannon). I noticed that Gundam F91, unlike Reborns, actually has a little peg hole for stands which is why I was curious if I could use an Action Base for it. I think I'll pick one up anyways to test it - if it doesn'...

Robot Damashii Stand
Hello, I have yet another question for you guys! I was in the U.S. on vacation this week and picked up a Robot Damashii Gundam F91. I love it, but it is a bit back heavy and I'd like to put it on a stand for better posing. A store near me has Action Bases - will the 1/144 stands work with a Robot Da...

Re: Beginners and Seam Lines
Thanks for the link, it looks like for now spray paint is the way to go (perhaps in the future I'll go for an airbrush, but not until I've done a couple of models and know that I'm serious about it). I also plan on buying some Gundam markers for panel lines and detailing (by the way - when doing pan...

Re: Beginners and Seam Lines
I suppose I'll have to paint then. Looking at how my snap-together RX-78-2 turned out, I'm reluctant to build it without any glue/work. I'll do some research into types of paints, techniques, etc. then.
Thanks for the answer!

Beginners and Seam Lines
Hello, I apologize if this has been posted before, but I've been searching a while and every guide to filling seams doesn't explain what to do afterwards. I've recently purchased an HG model kit for Infinite Justice. It isn't my first model (that was HGUC RX-78-2 a few years back), but it is the fir...

Re: The Official "Identify This Mecha" Thread Ver 1.0
Hello, I hope I'm not posting this in the wrong place here, as it doesn't quite follow the theme of this thread (it will probably be quite easy for you guys to identify).. but it is indeed a mech I can't identify. I know it is a Gundam, but I have extremely limited knowledge of Gundam and would like...
