Re: Topic Submission Thread
I've been listening to Chaos Theater and I've noticed that the Podcast has yet to do a Star Wars segment. I know that original the trilogy has been talked to death and the prequel trilogy is very hated topic. Also many of us aren't familiar with the Expanded Universe. I also notice that this podcast...

Re: Gundamn! Mailbag Drop Box
Dear Gundamn, I haven't visited this site for a while and its nice to see this podcast still up and running. 1. If you could trade one of your 5 normal senses: hearing, sight, touch, smell, or taste for the Sixth Sense (ESP), would anyone of you do it and which of your five natural senses would give...

The Motive Behind Britainia's Invasion of Japan
A lot us even till this day are puzzled behind Britainia's real agenda for invading Japan. At first they made it seem like they were doing it to secure the abundance of Sakuradites the country possess. Then they introduce the Geass and the R2, Charles unveil his plan of securing all the Geass sites ...

Re: Wing Zero's Cockpit
So just what kind of a cockpit system does the Wing Zero have anyway? its obviously not a standard cockpit because its missing its traditional 3 screen display monitor. Depending on what version you see: the TV version sometimes has a panoramic display while the EW is pretty just the pilot sitting i...

Re: Pink Colored Mechs
Other then for camouflage purposes, I cannot possibly see any other reasons why the mech designer would paint their mechs pink.

Re: Wing Zero's Cockpit
So basically what you are saying is that another advantage that Zero System has is being able to send visual information instantly into the pilots brain. Unlike traditional cockpit where the pilot is dependent on the visual display monitors in order to see what's going on in the battlefield?

Wing Zero's Cockpit
We all know that the Zero System transmits battle data to the pilot giving them possible predicted outcomes of various scenarios. The problem is, the Wing Zero's cockpit has no display monitors at all. All it has is a that Radar-like dome and a small computer display screen. The pilot is just sittin...

I guess thermal optics in mecha do kind of make natural color camouflage useless?

Pink Colored Mechs
I was watching a show on military weapons and equipment and they mentioned in the past the British had painted some of their vehicles Mountbatten Pink. Why did they paint their vehicles pink? It was for camouflage purposes. It was because the color PINK absorbs light and at night, that pink colored ...

Re: No Space Suits for Bridge Crew of CE Battleships?
It's so much harder to show bouncing busts if they're encased within a spacesuit. Yep I think that pretty much answers everything other then the non-female ZAFT, EA, and ORB crew members. Non. CE got a habit of shooting life boats. The crew with the suits will get into life boat. While the other cr...

No Space Suits for Bridge Crew of CE Battleships?
Has anyone ever noticed that almost none of the bridge crew members wear a Space Suit while the battleship is engaged in combat in the CE verse in outer Space? In majority of all the other Gundam Universes out there, you see the bridge members and almost all crew members put on a Space Suit when the...

Are Gundam Supplementary Materials a Good Thing?
One of the things that's been bugging are the Gundam supplementary materials, which are things like Side Story Manga, Drama CDs, etc. most notably from Gundam Seed and even Gundam 00. A lot of fans have been complaining about this so called lack of "Character Development" of certain charac...

I don't know if this has been posted or not, Gundam Exia as a Special Guest on a Chinese TV show. This has got to be every Gundamfans'/Cosplayers' (or even Setsuna's) dream come true.

Re: Fullmetal Alchemist 2.0 (Brotherhood)
I'm wondering how they're going to cram 80+ chapters with around 40 pages each chapter into 24-26 episodes. Or are they going to do 50 episodes or maybe divide it into two season like Code Geass and Gundam 00.

Re: The Official Gundam 00 Season 2 Thread Mk VII: The Final
How could you not have seen Saji's changes across season 2? His actions, and his reactions to the consequences thereof, were like the main point of a few episodes. Over the course of the series, Saji went from a self-centric viewpoint narrow-visioned angry irresponsible pacifist fixated on the past...

Re: Topic Submission Thread Mark II
I was thinking a segment about the Gundam shows' mechanics or any mecha shows' mechanics. You know, the guys that fixes up the protagonist's mecha when it loses an arm, an leg, or even it when it get's completely trashed beyond repair. The mechanic is often looked down upon because he/she/it if ofte...

Logos and Blue Cosmo's Real Agenda
In episode, scratch that... Phase 33 of Gundam Seed Destiny where Durandal reveals Logos to the world. He said that Logos was actually a military industrial complex where the only reason they started/waged war against coordinators was to make huge profits. It sounds like the Earth Alliance or at lea...

Re: The Official Gundam 00 Season 2 Thread Mk VII: The Final
It's pretty much a matter of opinion. Some people greatly enjoyed the second season while some disliked it with great intensity that they wouldn't accept the S2 as canon and basically wrote out of existence (much like Gundam Seed Destiny). If you look at Mizushima's earlier work the first anime adap...

Re: The Official Gundam 00 Season 2 Thread Mk VII: The Final
That also reminds me how people were complaining why didn't Lasse pilot Gundam Exia R2 instead of the O Gundam since it had more weapons. If he did, it would have been Ribbons in the Exia R2 and Setsuna in the O Gundam since Lasse would have must like left the R2 behind like he did with the O Gundam...
