ah, long time no update... This is a new site, shows concept drawings I did over the years. http://qcmechas.zzl.org/concept_archive/index.html Sometimes the site will go offline for couple days... For the old pic links I posted earlier, most of those pics are in the new site. Anyway, go look at them...

Hey Seraphic, That's alright use anything that you're comfortable with. Your drawings are cool, so just a random suggestion. The girl with the gun look amazing, so keep it up!

Ah, I like your sketches, but they are a little too heavy handed I think. May be next time try to sketch with ball point pen, or 0.5mm, 0.7mm mechanical pencil would loosen the lines a bit.
Try out different kinds of pens and pencils, and have some fun with them. :)

The problem is that it doesn't go Mach 3 well , which it would have to do to be relevant. A human form isn't exactly aerodynamic, as you might have noticed. Mecha doesn't have to look like the one in anime. Their forms can be in variety of shapes based on the environment. Transformation mechas bein...

I think transformable mechas and mechas in general are practical, and there will be places for them in the future. Mechas seem impossible in our time, not necessary mean it will be impractical in the future. We're just having a hard time trying to fit them into current time. Imagine time before inve...

The lines on the top layer, and the shading at the bottom layer. Right? :P No way! that picture is wrong. hehe Thanks guys, that's the...

Someone might mentioned this already, one thing that always worries me is that if the mecha got damaged in one mode, it might have problem transforming into the other mode. Actual transforming in combat might not be an issue, someone can say the mecha has a invisible shield when undergoing a transfo...
